I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and responsibility shown by this Christus facility. My elderly father suffered a serious fall during rehab under their supervision, which resulted in a fractured hip. What is truly shocking is that the staff failed to take immediate action or provide prompt medical attention. Instead, they downplayed the severity of the situation, delayed getting him the critical care he needed, and waited for me to come pick him up and take him to the ER.

Even more disturbing is the fact that the center refuses to take responsibility for their negligence. This fall happened during a session they were supposed to be monitoring closely. To claim that they are not responsible is not only unacceptable but also unethical.

As a result of this fall, my dad had to undergo surgery and had to endure a long and painful recovery—an ordeal that could have been prevented had the staff been attentive and acted swiftly. In fact, over a year later, he still has issues and does not walk the same as he once did. I would never recommend this facility to anyone seeking safe and responsible care for their loved ones. They have shown a complete lack of accountability and compassion in a situation that could have been life-threatening.

Recently began rehabilitation, been there a few times and they haven't ceased to amaze how comfortable and pleasant the atmosphere is, even more so their staff. They're patient, well mannered and experienced professionals who make me feel my hour session wasn't over but when you hear a soft voice telling you "it's time", it's not your body talking, it's the staff. Best to listen, because they do know better, are highly qualified and always a pleasure to see them. I thank them and look forward to seeing more of them in the future but not permanently because that would mean I'm in really bad shape wouldn't it? ?

Everyone was very friendly and professional. My daughter recently completed her rehabilitation for a dislocated knee. She wouldn't have been able to have come so far since her injury without the amazing therapists you have there. I want to say a special thank you to her therapist Nick for all he did for her.

The staff is terrific. Their schedules are timely; rarely running late. I can get in and out quickly and efficiently. I'm given my whole hour for my PT session; never rushed. I noticed they even have a pool for those that need that type of PT. I didn't need it, but I know that it's a good thing especially for those knee injuries.

Top notch care, and skill. Treatments are performed 1 on 1 with a licensed Therapist for the entire hour, no overlap with other patients, or unliscensed tech's working with you! Top notch all the way!

Therapist showing up 20 or more minutes late everyday and billing insurance for a full hour. Clerk Kelly was extremely rude and unwilling to address issues with insurance company and very sarcastic. No respect for veterans

I just had my first day here. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is as well!! I had a massive heart attack a couple of months ago and they are rehabbing me. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
