I been going to this place for over 2 years July 31st I was discharged without anyv of my Pain Medicine that my insurance pays for because they said I had cocaine in my urine, never used jt before in life, I drive for FedEx Express in which I just had a DOT /physical in that same month I asked them to fax overl my papers to another pain management over 3 weeks ago the last time I went up there to give them the fax number for the 4rh time they told me I wasn't allowed on there premises because I was discharged. The way they got things set up when you leave your urine anybody can Temple with or evern switch or just somebody ain't doing there job rgt .I work 12hrs a Day with Lower/Upper Back and knee pain. I felt really disrespected, definition of character and its really messing with my mental issues..... and I only seen the new Doctor 3 times. Before I was discharged.
I loved working with and seeing Kiyenne and Nathaniel 5 to them . .. the 1 that's there now is not doing something rgt 08/28/24

Their is Noone available to discuss a bill when I have a primary and secondary insurance, and I keep getting a text bill of more then a 1300.00 bill. This place is a joke Stay far away from this place it is not being ran right. I have tried to contact them so many times and they dodge all the phone calls. I have been trying to reach out to the billing department for weeks. I have been going to this practice for more then 14 years when Falco had this practice I never had a problem. Stay clear of this place.

I am still in disbelief. This is a public place of business!! I am a patient at this practice, and I had a scheduled appointment, not to mention!!!.

Only to check in and find out they had two providers that left the practice a day apart!! MISS. Dixon was the best Professional Straight direct and helpful the Gentleman Bruce as well was a great help in the medical field!! THE LADY Britney and Kaylee are a joke. Why aren't they enforcing the (HIPPA) POLICY make it make sense!!.

For a business that has to deal every day with patients that are dealing with pain and looking for hope, Choice Pain & Rehabilitation center is an awesome place to visit. My wife and I both attend & really feel that everyone has taken our pain management seriously and with an added personal touch. They offer multiple ways to treat our chronic pain so that it’s not just about taking pain medication. Attacking our pain from different processes keeps a constant lid on our pain threshold. LaShelle Dixon and the staff are always cheerful, optimistic and exhibit a great amount of care for our well-being.

And LASHELLE DIXON is a Very Careing Woman and a Great (The Step down from being a Doctor.)
I've noticed a little when she had something on her mind.
( I'm not a physcic) but I feel people's energy.
Other than that she has always been so nice to me and acknowledges me as soon as I walk I the Door.
She's a Very personable healthcareing women.

UPDATE: 1/24/2024 Great news. Ms. Dixon is gone and so is George. I used to see Khyanne and liked her, but since she's been gone, I've been seeing Nate and I love ? him to death. Nate if I could give you 10 stars ✨ I would. Keep up the good work and keep caring about us the way you are. Great job Dr. Shockley. Today's visit was amazing. Nate treated me with such respect. He treated me like a real person who is disabled and truly cared about my health. He is aware of what I am going through and he adjusted my meds and hopefully my life will be changing for the better. My 2 favorite girls were there today, Kaylee the amazing Manager and Brittany. They let me come in early as usual took me back, Nate took the time to see how bad I was looking and stood up against our crooked government and treated me the way he felt I should be treated, instead of treating me like another rat in a box. I was so impressed. Dr. Shockley keep up the good work and keep Dr's that who are truly going to care about us as individuals. I walked out with my head high and not feeling like I was just a number. I actually smiled for the first time in a long time and had to give Nate a big ? and thank him. I will now continue to send everyone I know who is truly disabled to the Rosedale office, because this is the office that treats you with respect. As long as Kaylee, Brittany, Crystal, and Kirsten remain there you:ll continue to have the best pain mgmt around. Dr. Shockley these girls need a raise. I give them all 10 stars ✨.

Dr. Shockley is a great Dr. So far I give them a 5 Stars.. I have  lot of medical problems and hes treated me with respect, truly cares about my incurable diseases and does all he can to help me. My 2nd visit I was a little concerned, because they were behind and there was quite a few people in there at one time, which isn't good, but we all had our masks on and kept our distant the best we could. Again that's not really a complaint, because it's so hard to find a good pain mgmt group these days and Choice really cares, so they are bound to get backed up once in awhile. I'll keep my post updated as I go back for my visits, but so far so good. ?

I was a patient at Maryland pain before Choice took over the location in Rosedale so I been going there for about 4 years and they was using Labcor for testing pee. But now that they are using Principle Diagnostics ,llc in Bethlehem, PA which we was never told that they made that change, but now I had something in my urine. The first time my urine was sent there. Also it was stated on the paperwork that the urine was "collected on 5/18/22 at 8:15 which is incorrect my appointment was at 230 so by federal law the date and time has to be correct and it suppose to be baged in eye site of the person that is giving the urine. So they failed to follow federal law. But what gets me is I been good for over 4years and as soon as they got the results I was discharged not caring about my pain nor me going threw withdraw. With my two bad knees and bad back and shoulder pain. I found out that they are not getting paid much because I can't get injections and been told before that they was going to wing me off my mesds which I don't know how when I just had knee surgery a few months ago. I come to say this don't go there they are unprofessional I had seen nurses fussing patients out and every time I go it's a different person at the front desk. They don't care about their patients at all. I give them 1 star due to them not caring about their patients and being unprofessional. That's why I say when u have a all black staff things will go wrong. Thanks for not caring!!!
