Il metodo chenot è completo, accurato e preparato da un team medico top. La dieta è povera di calorie ma i piatti sono bellissimi e buonissimi, preparati con massima cura e gusto. Gli ambienti comuni confortevoli, accoglienti e le camere molto ben arredate e fornite di tutto. Il personale gentile, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Un posto dove si desidera tornare almeno una volta l'anno!

Chenot palace was absolutely fantastic in almost every way

I stayed here for 14 nights, which i didn’t anticipate that it would be long and i will get bored. I advice you to stick to the 7 days plan.

First the room itself and the bathrooms are very nice and renovated. Everyone is so kind and friendly. On your first day you will do medical and nutritional consultations and checkups. In addition to the hydrotherapy treatments. I recommend that you stick to your original program and not overcrowd yourself with additional treatments and checkups. I did that and ended up canceling most of them because I was too overwhelmed with the schedule! So don’t let anyone pressure you to add more! and enjoy your free time buy going to the pool/gym/sauna or enjoy yourself in the library.

The food on the first two days was okay, but after that I don’t know what happened. At first, I couldn’t finish my meals and ate only half or quarter of every meal (which is bad because the program is very low in calories and this means I ate less than 800 cals a day). After I finished my first week. I couldn’t take the food anymore and ended up skipping the whole 3 meals and eating an apple a day with some berries on the side ?. By the way, don’t forget to have the iced barley coffee with oat milk! It’s what kept me sane haha. The virgin mojito was also good.

Overall, I loved my experience as I lost weight, felt and looked much better than the state I started with. But I really think they should do something about the food. I swear some of it seemed inedible to me!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the most exquisite spa hotel I've ever experienced. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew this was going to be a truly special and rejuvenating stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel like royalty from start to finish.

The atmosphere of the hotel was simply divine, with a tranquil and serene ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings combined with the luxurious amenities made me feel like I had stepped into a world of pure indulgence.

But it wasn't just the opulent surroundings that made this spa hotel so special - it was the truly incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. Their attention to detail, their care and their professionalism truly set this spa hotel apart from any other I have visited before.

The spa treatments were out of this world, with a wide range of detoxing and rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling completely renewed and refreshed. I left feeling like a new person, with my body, mind, and soul completely recharged and renewed.

Overall, I cannot recommend this spa hotel enough. It is the perfect place for anyone looking to unwind, detox, and recharge, and the amazing staff and tranquil atmosphere make it an unforgettable experience. Its an oasis of calm and luxury. Thank you ....

The staff is EXCEPTIONALLY friendly (all the wonderful (Greek) doctors, Simone the nutritionist, Iliana (definitely the best massage therapist I ever had in my whole life), Eva and Valentina from reception, Franziskus and Katrin from the management, the Chefs which create an absolutely outstanding menu every day) and all the other lovely staff members.
Being a medical doctor myself, practicing in the vibrant city of Dubai, I really have the highest expectations and standards towards medical spa facilities. But Chenot exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely come back and thank you from the bottom of my heart for an unforgettable stay full of laughter, joy, health and happiness ❤️❤️❤️? Dr. Daniela ☀️

The hosts Mrs. Chenot as well as Mr & Mrs. Gaitanos welcomed us as if we were old family friends. Rarely we have experienced such warm hospitality. ||||The scenery is absolutely breathtaking & the Palace offers a cozy atmosphere. The hotel is absolutely spotless with highest hygiene standards. ||||The entire staff is authentic & caring. I want to highlight Vivian who did my daily aroma bath & hydro jet therapy. She took care of me like one would expect only from a mother. Nino did my daily cupping & meridians massage. I love massages & had plenty but her skills & strength are unmet. Elena, who is a bioenerfgetic specialist radiates good energy and removed all my blockages.||||Ladies, I cannot thank you enough! ||||The detox menu was very creative given the fact that only natural ingredients were steamed and no salt was used. Even though we adhered to a 850kcal per day diet, I hardly ever felt hungry. ||||Chenot Palace is the right escape for anyone who needs a break from daily stressors & wants to detox brain & body. We highly recommend to experience the astonishing Chenot method.
