We came from California to visit family here in San Antonio. We were walking around downtown and got lost trying to get to the Alamo. We came across a lovely young lady with a little water cooler that looked like it might have ice cream in it. It had water. Her name was Maria. She was so awesome. She told us about “The Little Runner” she said she could call and get us a free ride to the Alamo. We were further away than we thought. She called for the ride and the young man that picked us up was just as kind as Maria. We later used the service to get us back to car when we ready to leave. I’d like to thank Maria again for helping us out.

We met a Centro Ambassador while in San Antonio named David Bosmans. He was awesome! His tips & recommendations were perfect and he was incredibly friendly..... Wonderful representative of this company and the city!

Waste of county funds. Most employers get high and didn't do their job properly. Management is corrupt. Been rumoured Pacheco and Stephanie steal money for the funding from block by block. But that's all here-say. I know management is corrupt and that fire good employees and keep ones due to favoritism. That's why they lost their contact on fiesta. Bad leadership. Bad management. San Antonio would save more money but allowing haven itself to clean the city or something than this scam they're running in Centro. Their night employees are very rude;especially one named Greg. Assaulted me with his pressure wand because I recorded him on my camera and asked him a non threatening question in tone or nature non threatening and Greg has a history of this in the company. Pacheco and Stephanie do nothing about it. Julien. Night time team lead. Multiple people admitted. He drove high. He was intoxicated. Pacheco knew that. He still works there. I found out I have cancer. I put in my two weeks notice cause this is too stressful. Well the day off I was so exhausted and stressed I admittedly fell asleep in the truck on the account I was up all night stressing. Yes. No excuses I went against policy and I was rightfully fired. But no leniency or anything like c'mon. I'm I was a good employee. This company needs a management changed. It is too corrupted

A Centro employee named Charles saw that we (a couple of tourists) were looking for a particular store that we had already walked past on recent days. He approached us and asked whether we needed help. He did this with great civility and friendliness and ,of course, guided us to our destination.

Pressure washers leave nasty marks everywhere
Leaving trash bag stains everywhere
Leaving trash behind
Unorganized staff
Poor managament
Employees hiding between buildings
Team leads are usually smoking cigarettes and not working
Don't obey traffic laws
Rude to the homeless

To be honest the city would be better off without Centro

Salute to CENTRO! I live downtown and I see the team in yellow 24/7/365 cleaning and maintaining everything. They keep things looking nice for tourists, businesses and the residents. You’ve seen what happens when cities let their downtowns get trashed and gross.
