Visited for the first time and if money is nt a very big factor then going there is worthwhile coz mostly the price for women footwear was around 1500, 2000 and above it. You get a lot of good collection for men and women. 2 different floors for each. You get for kids too but kids collection is very confined. Not a lot to explore. Al together the experience was good. My total was 5988 where I bought 2 kids footwear(1 footwear of 599 and 1 footwear of 500) and 2 female footwear(1 shoes of 2000 and 1 footwear of rupees 2890) u can follow me my Instagram angel.anayra28 ?

I have visited this store for damage of my fitflops within 10days . As I visited Asjad Shariff took my complaint and mailed the concern department and told me to wait for week. And within a week time shariff had everything sorted for me took care of everything and gave every update and made sure that my damaged product is returned. I highly recommend asjad shariff for any queries he is so poilte and make sure your problem is resolved .. GREAT SERVICE.

I purchased an item from centro few days back, for some reasons i thought to return it back and get the refund of the product i purchased.
I went to the store along with product,There were only few chances of getting refund, but they said to me instead of giving back my money they will give a credit note worth of my money valid for 3months.
Which I didn’t agree
I said no to them,
I gave back the product and collected a slip.
I wrote mails to centro but they were helpless ,but Manager at Centro his name is Fahad helped me a lot.
Talking to their head managers making sure of getting my refund.
At last after a week i got my refund.
Thank you Fahad ..

Great store, decent variety but unprofessional to the core. Whether it’s Anita at the billing desk or Mr. Rao as the senior. None have the ethics to handle a customer issue. You may buy items worth thousands but will never get the customer satisfaction for what you have purchased. They will always try to shove off their responsibility for warranty and repair. Once they do take it, your repair and or delivery will never happen on time. I had to call up multiple times for my item repair and they never stuck to the committed time. Not recommended overall.
