I would never recommend that a loved one go to this facility!!! My family member was there for a little over 6 weeks. His decline was substantial after being at this facility!!!!! He was prescribed an additional 11 medications by the residing physician, he was on 3 different medications for blood pressure regulation. The problem was that the doctor obviously didn’t understand Parkinson’s, when you have Parkinson’s the blood pressure varies substantially and giving blood pressure medication can make these fluctuations worse!!! That’s exactly what happened. Unfortunately, it doesn’t end there, I observed many patients have to wait 45-60 minutes to get help to go to the restroom. Consequently, my family member continually tried to go by himself because of the extensive wait. This resulted in at least 10 falls that we know of, 2 of which required an ambulance to take him to get stitches.
The so called social worker that was supposed to help us get home health care was absolutely useless, that’s when she’s around, which was from 11am to until 3 pm if you were lucky!!!
On a positive note, there were two nurses who we were thankful for, who went above and beyond including 1 CNA who also went above and beyond. The therapists were outstanding. Having said this, a few workers can’t make up for the overall quality of this facility.
I truly believe if our family hadn’t decided to take him out of there after repeatedly voicing concerns, he wouldn’t have left there alive!!!

The Nurse Zack was an amazing help. He was understanding and took time to help my mom.
The facility is clean and all the staff came promptly when my mom called from the room.

The therapists are stellar. For PT, had Jamie (the silver fox) and I can’t speak highly enough about him. If you or a loved once comes you should request him but all the others seemed great also.

The care I have received since being admitted to this facility is one of the best experiences I have ever had. No one wants to be in this type of facility however the staff be it the shuttle drivers, PT and OT therapists, nursing staff, as well as house keeping and nutritional staff are folks that have treated me with kindness and tenderness made my stay a positive one.
They genuinely care for you as an individual and not just a patient. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. May God bless each and everyone of you.

My family member spent a few weeks at this HORRIBLE institution.
I find that just writing this review is difficult due to the TERRIBLE memories my uncle had to endure.
11 falls 2 of which he had to go to the ER for stitches. We found him on the floor bleeding and when asked what happened, he state he’d pressed the button to get help going to the bathroom. On 4 different visits I pressed the help button and the fastest someone came was a little over 15 minutes!!!
I can’t believe this HORROR of an institution exists.
My father had to be in a rehab like this and We were so fortunate. This place was so kind and on the ball. I guess we were spoiled.
PLEASE, PLEASE don’t allow a loved one to enter this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Hell hole.

Would not recommend if your loved one is not mobile or can advocate for themselves! Nurse was very rude, staff had visitors in my dad's room and they couldn't 'force' any medically necessary meds but they could force things that made their job easier. Not dementia friendly!!!

My husband received exceptional care at this facility. All of the staff on the third floor were attentive and took great care of him. The OT staff is friendly and works hard to be sure the patient can take care of their own needs at home. I can't say enough about Michelle, the speech therapist. She worked very hard to help my husband get to solid foods before he came home...and she put up with his grumpiness like a pro. The rooms are spacious and private and the cleaning staff does a great job keeping them spotless. The dietician worked hard to be sure the food was good, even when it had to be pureed. The nurses were friendly and answered the call button quickly. They helped us get through Christmas. My thanks to all of you!!

I highly recommend this place!! The second floor staff both day and evening are AMAZING plus the physical and occupational therapist who worked with my mother and got her up walking and now she is able to come home on Tuesday. Even the kitchen staff had text me when we had an issue with the menu and got it taken care of. The transportation team who took her back and fourth to Dr apts were also Amazing. Thank you All so much.
