You know those days, as a person with chronic pain/illness, when you're just...tired? You're tired of the pain, of the looks, of the doctors, and of yet ANOTHER order for physical therapy? That feeling, hopeless tiredness. But when you get to this place, first of all they know their stuff. They're attentive. They see you, they see your pain, and they accommodate ALL your needs! They know that we feel that tiredness. I used to hate PT, I thought everyone who was a PT was a sadist because they just made me do things that hurt- either then or afterwards. This place isn't like that! If I have even discomfort, we stop and evaluate. My therapist is not only capable, knowledgeable, hands on, understanding, and kind, but she knows that she doesn't know it all and she admits if she's made a mistake! You know how rare that is in the medical world! I would drive hours to do PT at this facility. Luckily I'm just down the road, but it's worth any distance. They have all the equipment you could possibly need for land or pool therapy. And the pool therapy is so effective!! It's been a legitimate game changer for me. My PT is amazing and I will always recommend this place for anyone looking for a good PT!

Great place and therapists! Living with multiple sclerosis is challenging but Carter Rehab helped me tremendously to stay active and get motivated again, i took lots of great knowledge with me to keep up the water therapy on my own,Thanks to all! 🙂

An 84 year old patient with recent history of TAVR and PAD (peripheral artery disease) treatments was expected and asked to adjust the equipment on his own while physical therapists or techs were standing by following the head physical therapist’s instructions. This patient in addition to all of his medical conditions, he also has back problem. He can hardly walk or let alone bend. His cardiologist warned against him falling at the risk of recurrent vascular problems. This is outright unprofessional conduct toward this patient and also putting his health in danger despite many requests that he needs assistance in doing so. The requests were ignored. No caring, no professionalism, no compassion.
