All of the staff are usually nice, but one gentleman who works there always has a terrible, snotty attitude with people for no reason, totally unprovoked. God forbid you press on the door to exit too quickly while being buzzed out and he has to press the button again... cue the shouting and snarky attitude. I have another year left on my membership and have no desire to use it again. Not sure if he is the owner or manager, but he's bad for business and is the reason I have zero desire to return. Maybe try being a little less hostile and accusatory toward your members.

As an ex-patron and ex-CD, both SOON to be returning, I have seen a couple negative comments/reviews of this place. One that primarily sticks out is financial, cost. People just really don't understand what awaits inside? The membership fee is QUITE reasonable and the costs of the rooms also equal. When I went to this place 3 years ago, for a few times, it was like heaven to a CD (gurl) like myself for numerous reasons! SO MUCH fun for such costs. If your looking for fun quickly with greater security and privacy, body zone is the spot! It's this or spend tons of time and energy behind a smartphone risking also both security and privacy.

Body zone is well kept, maintained, great looking inside, in some regards comfy to me, prices reasonable, and u can relax and TRULY be yourself WITHOUT ANY problems/issues! I seen another review regarding disgusting guys. I can only imagine what your talking about but everyone is different and all have different tastes. What doesn't appeal to one certainly appeals to another.

Ever since I found out about this place 3 years ago, after visiting, I had only wished I knew about it YEARS ago. Even if it was TNT. Each time I visited, I had LOTS of fun! The ONLY reason why I stopped going (took a 3 year hiatus from CD'ing and visiting) was because the last time I was there I was FULLY "satisfied" after NUMEROUS "fun times" in several hours.

I am planning on going back again soon, as a CD of course lol. I desire more "fun" now. Need it bad lol. There is SO MANY things I like about it. The hot room, steam room, low lighting, spacious everywhere outside of rooms, vip rooms, seating, TV's, GH room, vending machines, and MOST IMPORTANTLY smoking (cigs) is allowed. When I went there on my few times, I would stay for hours and hours lol. It's like Disney world to me lol.

To the owner of body zone: You have a GREAT place. Absolutely LOVE it! Those who submit negative reviews should open their eyes and realize. The ONLY negative reviews that should be logically submitted should be customer service issues. The costs are, as I stated before, QUITE reasonable and the place is great all around. Btw, thanks for the free upgrade 3 years ago. That was unexpected. But I know why u did it. I would have been fine without it, as I would rather give my money to such an establishment to keep it going, alive, for EONS to come. I will be visiting soon... CAN'T WAIT!

Staff were friendly - service was excellent… but we never got into the space. 12 of us got to the front desk - found out about the mandatory yearly $50 fee, then walked away.
We are all visitors to Detroit (there for a weekend). It would have cost us all $65 minimum for a singular visit… which makes absolutely no sense. None of us can be sure we’d be back in a year: and not one of us can think of any local saunas/bath houses that have a similar cost of entry.

I’m urging the management to reconsider this policy…

Am not pleased with the route things are regarding memberships. Nothing dramatic nor drastic.
I need clarification and resolution.

Every time I go, I always have a great time. You never know what kind of experience you are going to have. I've been to the body zone about 10 times, and every time, it was a different group of people but very entertaining, and I will definitely be going back!!

This definitely is a MUST go to. When I went the staff were great and not too nosey. And let’s just say I enjoyed myself. Ask about the discounted out of state membership and Do yourself a favor and come Thursday- Monday nights.

Probably one of nicest saunas and steam rooms I’ve been to. Hot and dry in the sauna. Steamy hot and smelled citrusy. Is that a word citrusy because that’s what it smelled.

Staff very cool.

Cast of characters was fun, pleasant and really added a twist to your usual sauna. Never know what you’ll run into around any corner. Looking forward to going back.
