Yo e tenido muy buenas experiencias en esta clínica.Aqui vengo hacer todas mis visitas de doctor para mi tratamiento de una lastimadura de trabajo.Las muchachas de enfrente an sido muy amables conmigo.Los doctores sobretodo han sido muy profesionales al entender de mi salud.

I have been going to Blue star for several injuries dating back to 2017. In the begining they were great and attentive to my injuries. After several years and a revolving door of employees, I feel they are rapidly going downhill. In 2020 I was recovering from a shoulder injury. The attention to my recovery was poor at best. Fast forward to 10/10/2024. I had a scheduled appointment. After driving a hour and taking off work they would not honor the appointment saying they had no reccord of it. All employees know me well enough to know I would not drive 1 hour to just walk in. Also they try to push monthly stress tests on you that are uneeded in that quanity. I really hate to post negative things but when you have a injury you need the best efforts of whomever you choose to assist you with your recovery. I used to tell everyone I knew to go to them. Now I advise you to run from them. Good luck and speedy recoveries!

Hello i am a postal worker .i been injured from the job since 2012. I have going to served different Dr and 2016 i found Blue Star. Everyone Doctor and the staff crew are very friendly Doctor take times to answers to questions and concerns and helping with any paper work from the insurance (DOL).The staff crews are great too they very friendly and helpful with the Therapy it feel like family when i walkin the door for my visit (i recommend every one that needed help with pain from injury. )

My experience at this location so far has been excellent. Jessica brings good energy at the front desk with compassion and care. Dr. Hines is a top notched professional. The environment is positive. Any medical training experience will show up by how the patient is processed. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of treatment for injuries or pain.

Fantastic place - the staff AND the results. It is evident that they genuinely care about the patients and their treatments. I had sciatica to the point of intolerable pain. Not only did they treat me through recovery, but they educated me on the cause, and what I could do to avoid it going forward.

The customer service and my experience as a patient here have been great. Though, they push me beyond tolerance during active exercise with so much pain, but I believe it's all for achieving the best treatment outcomes. Melissa, Sam, Steven, Jessica, Stephanie, Dr. Steele, Dr. Edwin, Dr. Jackson, Kiesha, Maria, and everyone here are the best.

I live in Denton and he thought of having to drive to Irving, Fort Worth, or Dallas to get quality rehab is not a pleasant thought. Of course I had many concerns as not only was I spending way more on gas to get somewhere but I was also putting a lot of trust in people I had absolutely no knowledge on and when you are in extreme pain you can be a little more skeptical than normal. I will say the 30 to 45 minute drive is COMPLETELY worth the experience. From the first day I got a call from Dr. Storey to the day I came in and met the wonderful staff and up to now, months after starting treatment I can say I have not regretted my decision. The wonderful staff will push you to do better and they talk to you like a human being and not like another person just walking in and out. I have connected on both a professional and personal level with almost everyone who works here and during a time of pandemic and fear I can say that when my treatment is over I do hope to stay in good contact with everyone as they have become like family to me. Exceptional staff all the way around and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The most amazing and professional help I have ever received. I have felt very welcomed and very grateful they are here. The entire staff is friendly and caring, and you can tell they are being very genuine. I drive about an hour to and from the location, and they really do make the trip worth it.
