It has been amazing to visit Nancy for the Best Thai massage I’ve had. She takes great pleasure in finding each little know and sore spot! She giggles and says as I groan, “You’re tight!” I love when she finds each spot. She does great work stretching those areas. I leave after 90 minutes feeling better, lighter. Those sore spots are gone now, but she continues to find new places. Thank you, Nancy!

I really enjoyed this place at first and kept coming back but for some reason my last visit was not that great. I told the massage therapist I just want to focus on taking out my knots since I booked a deep tissue Thai Traditional as I still love the yoga stretches incorporated. I have been carrying a huge knots on my upper traps on the right side. All I got was just the lady stepping on me for 1/2 of my session and oil just lathering up on me with a light touch. She didn’t even do any tissue or focus on the area I told her I needed and even take out any knots. The whole session felt rushed. I felt disappointed at the end since I just felt I only got stepped on, and lathered with oil. I had an allergic reaction to the massage oil or base she used. I asked what do they use and she answered, Biotin” organic which I knew it was not the truth because I know how Biotin smells like and I never have an allergic reaction to it. I have gotten plenty of Thai massage before and usually there will be more deep tissue work to get the knots out that is focused what you want. In this case I just felt like I only got stepped on for 30 min out of my 60 min session instead of focusing on the knots to be taken out. The room was cold and the massage bed was cold. I was cold as they only put 1 towel over you and not drape you with any sheets or provide clothes for you like most Thai places. If clothes are not provided for you then they will have sheets to drape properly and while doing the stretches without feeling too exposed. I tried my best to give it a chance three times but after this I am not coming back as I experience better quality on other Thai places

This place needs more 5* reviews! Best in Santa Cruz easily and it's not even close. Believe me, I've had hundreds of massages. From the cleanliness of the place to the skills of the masseuses and professionalism of the front desk staff, Best Thai lives up to its name! Don't waste your time trying other spas, this is the place to go to. Ask for Ting, guaranteed 10/10.

This place is the best Thai massage I have tried in California. The environment is very relaxing and tranquil. The therapists are friendly and professional. The pressure was good, and they focused on the area I requested. My therapist is Nancy, she is super nice. Will come back for sure!

I’ll add to the 5 star reviews. I get a lot of massages from different therapists and Tammy was outstanding. I got a 90 minute treatment. Lots of pressure (perfect), step technique both strong and subtle (bent leg hip pushing was especially unique and effective), stretching great. Just what I needed after too much golf! Price is fair. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience and as I visit Santa Cruz regularly I’ll be back again and again.
PS posted last May but updated Sept 30 because I got Tammy’s name wrong initially and just corrected it now after massage today by her. 5+ stars again. Great!

Super impressed with this place! Very clean and relaxing. I got the Thai Deep massage with Ting and it was amazing! I will share the fair warning that if you tell her that you like good pressure she will give it! Thank you Ting! I will be back

I had the best service here with Tammy, she has very good skills, nice and friendly! My back pain is getting better and better every time. This place is so clean and neat. I love it so much. And will be back for sure!

Beautiful spa environment. I got the soft treatment, with cbd oil. Great cost. My lady was so careful with my injured shoulder and leg. By the time she was done, I could raise my arm back over me head better then ever before.
I came to santa cruz on vacation, this is a great place as a quick add in to your schedule.
