This facility is excellent in so many ways. The facility itself and the grounds are extremely nice. The food is more than adequate but most of us weren’t there for the food. The counseling and programs available are outstanding compared to other facilities I have been in. The staff are great, very caring. Yes, there are rules and procedures to be followed and there are good reasons behind them. I found during my time there that those who didn’t do well were given every chance and treated fairly. No, it’s not perfect but after carefully considering all options locally, it is by far the best in nearly every category. The alumni and aftercare programs are outstanding and make a huge difference in maintaining success. If you are serious about getting well go there. I am so thankful that I did and so is my family. I just can’t say enough good things about it.

I’ve been to Bel Aire twice and each experience was truly unique to my needs and helped me in ways I’ve never experienced at any other treatment center! All the way from the clinical team, the medical staff (including a dietician), the CEO and the entire RSA staff were all amazing and kind! I genuinely enjoyed both experiences and recommend this facility to you or any loved ones needing been! The residential accommodations are also top notch and the food was catered daily and even fitted to my specific needs as a gluten-free, diabetic! I love and appreciate every last person in Bel Aire! 10 stars!!

This is the first time I ever attended an in patient treatment center, but they provided me with everything I needed and made my withdrawal as comfortable as humanly possible! The program was great, the facility is high quality, and even the food was stellar, especially considering it's an institution! God forbid I ever relapse, I will definitely go back, and would highly recommend anyone who needs help do the same.

If you need help get it but i wasted my time. They tried to get money in advance from me before insurance was run. Did not have a counselor most of the time in treatment. I was threatened by my room mate and nothing was done. No follow up. Didn't see a Dr. Once and told them I couldn't have a tb test done. I was abandoned at the hospital trying to get a chest xray. For 3.5 hours I waited for transportation. Only to be accused of walking away from treatment. Then when I was discharged from outpatient unvoluntarily I found out the hospital or facility itself "lost my personal information".

My husband was here and his counselor saw him twice. Patients are supposed to be seen weekly. Billing is a joke and people that say they’re doing something for you with regard to billing lie. Go elsewhere for help. I’m not sure what the success rate is but in my opinion it has to be low.
