La persona que me dio tour Tenía prisa no me lo enseñó bien tenía una actitud no aceptable no me explico todas las aria de esa rehabilitación esa rehabilitación está llena de covi No tiene la cámara de cuadra para una persona e que le dio un derrame celebral ese sitio es horrible

10/12/23 I was here for skilled nursing. I found the place very clean.The food was good real food.The only problem was it wasn't enough of it. Not all of us eat like a bird. The rooms were like being in college again. Here's your roommate. ?
The rehabilitation staff was annoying.But funny and they managed to keep me out of the bed and actually working. Which was a miracle cause I didn't want to do it at all They did great work.
The CNA's are overworked. That's for sure.But you have to be patient and reasonable.
That's hard when you're in pain.I know that, but you have to be realistic. You can't just drop your loved ones off, You have to be there for them. I love the nurses and the c n a they work very hard.
And yes this is a real review. They have Dementia care in there. There are some real nuts. If you don't like your roommate ask to be moved.That's all I can tell you. I stayed from august until october.2023.

I can’t imagine that the owner of this place actually steps foot in the building and if he/she does and allows this pace to run with the same staff he/she ought to be ashamed. The DON is an embarrassment if I’ve ever seen/met one. Very rude and extremely disrespectful. And the way she speaks to some of her staff in front of everyone is just disheartening to watch. I’d had some concerns regarding a loved one’s care and she basically implied that I was an idiot for asking her anything at all. The only reason I’d asked to speak with her was purely because the nurse assigned to my loved one was busy at the time and I didn’t see a unit manager available. But my family and I are working diligently to get our loved one away from this place as soon as possible. We just don’t feel that she is safe and I’m worried terribly. Aspire please do better. If not for the sake of keeping the building open with a positive set of employees, please do it for the residents. Although I believe that should go without saying, they deserve to AT LEAST be treated with respect and made to feel welcome and comfortable. Stephanie is the epitome of disrespect and sass and no one deserves her attitude

!!!!!WARNING!!!!! ZERO stars! Do not send anyone you love to Aspire at Fletcher! Everyone, especially admin are awful, disrespectful, and rude! We quickly saw that this place was no good and got my grandmother set up for a transfer to another facility. Aspire refused to send the proper paperwork to get the transfer to occur. They would say they sent it, or send some but not all the paperwork. It was a constant back and forth and they would do absolutely nothing! Then the weekend would come and they couldn’t do anything on the weekend. The next week would come and we would have the same problem! Someone from another facility even came in person to check up on my Granny and requested transfer paper work, Aspire said they would get it, but NEVER did! My grandmother kept DECLINING at Aspire! They kept her for the insurance money! We finally had to call an ambulance to get her out because they would not do what they needed to facilitate a move. The medics even saw how awful these women treated us as they yelled at us and name called us. All this because we love my grandmother and want her to be ok. As we were leaving they said there is nothing wrong with my grandmother. Then why wouldn’t you facilitate a move or for us to take her home!? Because she was not ok, and needed medical treatment because they were neglecting her!!! Awful! Save yourself and your loved one, go somewhere else and carefully check out reviews!!!!

Spent 6 wks there, food was cold or overcooked cheeseburger were like hockey pucks. Most of staff were rude when you had to have diaper changed. At least five occasions I waited over 3 hrs for someone to come and assist me.
Physical therapy was mediocre they show you hat to do then go and do something on there laptops.
Definitely would not recommend this place

I can't express my gratitude for this group of people at Aspire @Fletcher! I am grateful for the attentiveness and fairness with the leadership, the teamwork demonstrated throughout , and the amazing cultures from around the globe! But best of all are my dear residents and patients. Come join us!! #happynurse

The only reason I’m giving one star is simply because there isn’t an option to give zero. I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed in a place. The staff is horrible. The DON Stephanie shouldn’t ever be allowed to work in healthcare, She may put on a good face with her peers or superiors but boy is she unprofessional. Very disrespectful, and just seems to not care about anything but the fact that she carries the title. This place use to be something amazing. She’s definitely going to help run it to the ground. If this company knows what’s best for their business they’ll get rid of her and FAST. Along with all of the other careless employees. Probably just friends she gets to come work with her because the energy is all the same. And when I asked for a number to corporate she simply replied “look it up.” As long as she’s there I’d NEVER consider this place for a dead dog let alone my loved ones

I wish I could give negative on stars for this awful place. They are absolutely awful. They don’t properly take care of their patients. My father was rushed to the hospital and I was not notified by Fletcher until 2 hours afterwards. I heard from the hospital before them. They made him sicker than he was before he went into Fletcher. They have conveniently lost all of his paperwork that I signed. This is the most unofficial and unorganized facility I’ve ever seen. I implore you to never send your loved one to this awful facility
