Decepcionante. El lugar es muy bonito y ofrece toda la variedad de saunas aromatizadas. Pero si eres de las personas que considera que un buen Spa tiene que tener jacuzzi o piscinas con temperatura superior a 28grados C este spa no es para ti. Se supone que es un circuito de aguas pero solo de aguas frías. Imposible relajarme así. Cuando he preguntado el por qué me han dicho que es por normativas de sanidad. Eso significa que el resto de Spas de españa incumplen las normativas sanitarias? En fin resulta decepcionante pagar 85€ y no poder relajarme un momento en una piscina con agua caliente. Una pena.

- We arrive 10mns before our appointments as asked and then the so-called manager tells us that the spa access is not included with the massage which is fine. I then ask my sister in french if she wants to use the spa facilities and the manager cuts off my conversation with my sister to tell me that we don’t have time to use the spa facilities. I ignore and proceed my conversation with my sister as we wanted to use the spa facilities AFTER the massage. I’ve never seen a staff member interfere in a private conversation when they are not even involved in the conversation
- There is no explanation or tour of the spa, we were confused on where to go at all times. If you are paying for spa access, it is the minimum in any 5* hotel spa to explain the facilities but clearly that’s not the case here. Some facilities were not working which is fine but once again we didn’t realise and found out by ourselves by trying to use them without success
- My sister and I booked at the same time a massage; her masseur came on time and she finished after me. My masseur came after the designated time and I finished before.
- The other issue which is shocking is that I had a male masseur; you need to ask or make aware the person if they are comfortable with that. I was not but what do you do when you are put on the spot like that? I find it peculiar how I didn’t deserve the respect to be asked beforehand especially in an area where there are a large influx of muslim women. Why I don’t like having a male masseur? Because they don’t feel comfortable massaging you properly out of respect or scared of being inappropriate. I do weekly massages and this one was the most expensive one I’ve done and just pointless
- When we were done with the treatments and went to pay, the manager spoke to us in an overly relaxed manner; I am sure she didn’t speak like this with a french speaking couple who came by while we wanted to pay.

When you are paying, we expect to be treated like any customer regardless of our age. I wanted to get my father a massage at this spa but chose Glow where I usually go as they are more professional and you are well looked after no matter who you are.

Unfortunately we won’t come back as we didn’t feel properly treated at anytime. I’ve been to a lot of 5* hotel spas around the world and it is a shame to say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Will of course still continue to visit Villa Padierna for meals as it is just a breathtaking hotel

I love this spa! I go there at least once a month and l the staff is extremely nice and very professional! The facilities are clean and everything works perfectly, there is so much space. I love the facials there as well. It is a five star experience! Thank you 😊

Best spa in Marbella by a country mile. Lots of different steam rooms, saunas, pools and such.

Facilities are beautiful and clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Treatments are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Value for money is great in this place.
