My mom has been at this facility for nearly a year now, and I have nothing but great things to say about it. My mom was previously in a different nursing home that horribly neglected her, even with my involvement… I did a ton of research & tours of a number of nursing homes before deciding her to move her here. I was very anxious to do so just based on our previous experience with her past nursing home, but Advanced Rehab has shown me that there are good nursing home & good nurses out there. My mother is so happy that I moved her here. Every staff member that I have come into contact with has been so sweet & helpful. I truly do not have one bad thing to say about this facility or any of the employees. It gives me so much peace knowing that these people are able to take care of my mom when I’m not able to be there. Thank y’all so much.

My sister was placed here after her most recent stroke. We drove into town to see her and check out the rehab/skilled nursing she was staying in. Our first encounter there was pretty awesome. Everyone we greeted us warmly, several staff offered their assistance to showing us where her room was to directing us to the exit when we were leaving, and we looked confused. My husband teased several (as is his nature) and they responded with laughter. My sister expressed she was being taken care of very well and all her needs were being met. As we walked around we enjoyed all the nooks for visitors, as well as seeing several gatherings, inside and outside by visitors and their loved one. The facility still looks new and kept up. My sisters room is generous in size and she was fitting right in. We look forward to visiting her again and hope to continue the positive reviews!

Advanced Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a tremendous asset to our community. Their team is a joy to work with and knowledgeable in all facets of skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Their therapy rooms (yes, rooms!) are state of the art and their therapists go above and beyond. If you’re looking for skilled nursing or rehabilitation for your loved one, please call them to arrange a tour (they offer both in-person or virtual tours). Stormy in their business office can help you navigate insurance coverage and makes the transition seamless. This place is beautiful and well maintained. As stated above, they’re truly an asset to our community.

Family member has to call me to call them to come change her, then tells her not to be getting family involved. I’ve talked with both Director of Nurses and still having problems. Food looks like slop and unbeatable. I could go on and on.

Talked to administrator today. Not really sure any thing will get done…

My mother inlaw in there and every time I go see her. She's in destress dirty her room is filthy. Her things are being stolen. And you ask the staff hows she's been its all she s been bad always complaining or fighting with then. When its not fighting she can't control her movements cause of a injury. We have since then took the precautions and found proof of her dealings with the staff. She was denied something else to eat cause she didn't like what she was given. She has ordered her meals and it was not what she ordered. Everytime I go in there the staff is on personal calls and more rapped up them then the residents.

Advanced Rehabilitation is a great facility. It’s clean, new, and has the best team. They go above and beyond to provide an incredible stay. Dianna is amazing, I have referred patients for respite and she is fast to respond and makes the admission process seamless. Stormy is the BOM and she is very knowledgeable. The whole team is able to work efficiently together, I will continue to recommend them, they’re an amazing team!

I would never put a loved one in this facility. My mother-in-law (wife's mother) has been here for the past several weeks, and it has been a very bad experience for her. The staff are largely inattentive and have to be prompted constantly to do anything for her.

Since checking in, she has had to be hospitalized twice — once because of an infection, another time because they recommended a feeding tube (PEG), even though my mother-in-law is capable of eating. When it's time to move her, a single nurse will enter her room and call on visitors there to assist.

As I said, I shall never, if I have any power over the situation, check a loved one into this facility, and I certainly hope that my loved ones would avoid leaving me there, too.

The food they serve their residents is absolutely disgusting. I feel sorry for the residents who aren't able to advocate for themselves or don't have family to check in daily. The staff took two hours to respond when my father needed oxygen and was unable to breathe. Luckily he is mentally aware and and was able to call family for help. Otherwise I'm not sure what the outcome of his stay would have been. When ybu walk through the halls you hear people yelling for help because the staff won't respond to the buttons. It's a very sad situation all around.
