I enjoyed a 4 night stay at Harmony Home in May 2024. It was a lovely experience, perfect for relaxing and recharging. The property and location are beautiful and peaceful. Antonina was a great host and teacher, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each day was lightly structured around yoga, massage and qi gong, complemented by delicious, nutritious meals. I would definitely recommend!

I spent a wonderful 5 nights and Harmony Home. From the moment I booked Antonina sent me really helpful information and directions which made me feel comfortable about the trip. When I arrived it was really easy to settle in and relax. The setting is beautiful, the mountain views and peaceful surroundings create the perfect ambiance which combined with Antonina and Alphonso’s hospitality, make for a wonderful and relaxing break. Antonina is a fantastic cook and her food is delicious and healthy. I also really enjoyed chatting about wellbeing and health with Antonina who has a lot of knowledge that she is willing to share. Overall I had a really relaxing stay and would definitely return again. Thank you both!!

This was my first visit to Harmony Home, but from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was 'at home' amongst good friends. Antonina and Alfonso are wonderful hosts...full of warmth, compassion and kindness and they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The beautiful setting, the gentle yoga practice and evening relaxation practice, daily swims and saunas, the amazing food and the incredible daily massages (Julia is wonderful!) made for a perfect stay. I came home feeling the most relaxed, restored (sleeping 10 hours every night!) and peaceful I have felt in years, and grateful to have found this little 'heaven on earth'. I definitely plan to return next year. Thank you so much!

I had a wonder week of deep relaxation in Harmony Home. It’s a hidden gem in the Andalusian Hills with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding olive groves. Antonina and Alfonso have created something special. I’ve already booked my wife on a retreat with them and will definitely be returning myself next year. If you need to unplug and destress for a while with incredible food I can think of no better place.

I loved every minute of the time I spent at Harmony Home! It was my first time doing yoga and meditation and it was great to receive so much dedicated, very professional coaching time. Antonina is not only a fantastic yoga teacher, she also puts the most amazing Ayurveda dishes on the table. The location of the property is stunning and Antonina and Alfonso are exceptional hosts.
