What I appreciated most was the sense of dignity and respect they offer to everyone who walks through their doors. The staff is supportive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping people take the steps they need toward a better life.

This rehab center was absolutely great. It has the hospitality as if you were at home doing recovery. The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve any issues I had or needs. Very friendly people who truly care about someone suffering in there own addiction. I would highly recommend anyone here if they sought help. I went to the ARC in Mooresville, IN right after they opened that particular location. And boy, am I grateful I did! Where to start? The location is a little out in the sticks, but not too much. Just enough to isolate you that way you want/need. It’s a
home that easily is a half million dollar crib they converted into a rehab. They start at a 28 day commitment, but they work with you pretty much in any way they can. For example, you feel like you want more time? They got you. I felt I needed longer than 28 days, and signed an extension to go to 40 days. You need or (unfortunately) want, to leave early? They will oblige you. It’s vape friendly inside. Super tight. There’s a chef on staff that cooks for the group twice daily, 4-5 days every week in most cases. And the food is on point. If you just want a snack? The staff make regular grocery runs for stuff. And if they don’t got what you want, just put it on the list they have or ask someone on the staff(best to do it with the main staff on first shift). Like, 8 times out of 10 they come through for you. The staff are the real superstars of this place though for real. The vast majority of them, from every branch(management/counselors/techs) have either personal exposure to alcohol/drug addiction, or are in recovery themselves. I’ve seen some them at meetings after the fact on the outside. So they’ve been where you are and they feel you. They don’t ever judge you either. They’ve multiple counselors that are licensed to deal with exactly what you’re going through. And they not only offer awesome, informative group discussions multiple times a week, but the facility pairs you up with one of them and they meet with you once a week to talk specifically with you, what you’re going through and just someone to listen to you if need be. Don’t vibe with the counselor you’re initially paired with and you think you can connect better with one of the other counselors you’ve had in one of the groups? You can switch to that person instead. No hard feelings. You rotate one chore per week that is mandatory to help foster accountability, but it’s not that deep. They’re not even hard and it keeps the whole place always looking good. There is even a specific person at the facility that meets w you once in a while during your stay to help you with your long term plans after getting out. That includes placement with jobs, lines on after care landing spots such as sober living houses, and they even will dive into any legal troubles you may be facing in the future and.offer you assistance on how to go about dealing with it. If you want. They placed me in a sober living that I was able to move into right after getting out, from the place I’m from(relatively). I’m still there. I even got them to create a certificate of completion for people after I got out! Not just for the sense of accomplishment that it gave me, but it’s legit paperwork I can now present to any judge or probation officer that serves as proof of what I accomplished. They also have meetings you can(NOT HAVE TO) go to on the outside they shuttle you to and from. If really is the ideal rehab in every aspect. And I’ve been to some shitty ones. Oh ya, they let your people come and visit you too. All you gotta do is schedule it and get it approved, which is simple. There’s no phones. Ya it sucks, but you’ll survive and be better for it in the long term. And you get the thing back the moment you’re discharged. They also need to get the exercise equipment up to snuff. Besides those few minor things, I couldn’t have been happier with my stay there, and with my life at present in general. I also couldn’t not believe it, but I have HIP and it got approved, and my.extension got approved. So I didn’t pay for shit! If you’re reading this super long summary, then you should go get help. And get it from ARC. They know how to help you.
