I really like this place. It is clean. Everyone is friendly. It is not crowded and you are not made to feel like you are a number. It is a nice facility. I met with Max today and he is really great. He was such a kind person And very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for sobriety. Thank you clean slate!!

This place is amazing. Everyone that works there has such compassion and empathy for your situation. They saved me and my child’s life when I was pregnant on suboxone and my doctor tried weaning me off. I was getting sick all the time. I love the team. Courtney and max are great drs. The front desk is always super nice and friendly with me. I Couldbt say nicer things about clean slate in Indpls. It’s a great place to go if u need help. And they WILL help you!

I have been clean for 2 years thank you clean slate. I really miss my counselor Bethany. It would have been really awesome if clean slate would have kept her on staff. I have been in treatment for years and started coming to Clean Slate a little over a year ago. I dread going to doctor appointments, but I don't get that coming here. They are fast, friendly, and my prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, usually before I leave the building. Heather, at checkout is the icing on the cake. She is just amazing! Friendly staff who seem to want to aid in your recovery. They listen when you tell them how you're feeling. Even if you have financial difficulties, you owe it to yourself and your family to get help! They will help you (there are financial assistance advisors to help)! The providers are great! The Counselor is always available and the staff are personable and welcoming. Don't wait! Get help with your addiction and start your recovery!
