if it all possible, do not I repeat do not send your loved ones to this place for REHAB. I have been in many rehabs, but never have I been treated with such lack of dignity or respect. When you push your call button, a tech may or may not come in time to take you to the bathroom. Accidents happen. So they tell you they’ll put you in an adult diaper but if they don’t get back in time, they tell you just to pee in your diaper, and they’ll change you when they get to you. I am not exaggerating. I could not get out of there fast enough. The only good I can tell you about this place is the two nurses that were there when I was there… Donovan and Tracy. Otherwise, I do not recommend this REHAB at all.

Nice Xmas tree!!! Nice updated front entrance of facility!! Modern look. For the most part ok as far as employment although I am a per diem nurse and I am only in and out. Not much teamwork but that nothing new in LTC nursing. Good facility overall and great nurses' aides!!! Some staff and most contract! Yall rock!!

My mom has been in this facility for a few months now. For the most part, great facility and great care. Nikki is a great asset and gives a great time with the residents there. She gives the family a peace of mind when we can't be there. I know nurses can't always take the time to answer calls and answer my questions but if I can't be there then she will go check on my mom and make sure she don't need anything and talk her into going to activity so she isn't alone. She makes sure they get their hair cuts and ladies get their nails painted which lifts their spirits. She is always there for the residents. I know I appreciate everything she does. Thanks for all you do Nikki.
For the first experience with a skilled nursing facility it has been a good experience. Every concern is addressed and handled. The staff, therapist, nurses and care techs have been good. There are some outstanding ones there and for most part all are good. Thank you to all the ones that treat my mom like you would want your mom taken care of

Had to complain before they would even clean my bathroom or bedroom after a week food was terrible I had to complain so they would change my sheets which was every 4 days spiders roaches and all kinds of bugs in bathroom and bedroom will not come back again can't wait till Friday too get in a clean place

I put my cousin in here for rehab after he broke his foot and had surgery. He does have therapy each day but nothing else is good. They had him wear a catheter so he didn't have to call for assistance going to restroom. Then he developed a uti from this. 2 trips to ER to get the problem fixed. The dirty cloths are thrown in the bottom of the closet and no one attempted to do the laundry so I took it home to do. The staff is no where to be found. Poor service, very disappointed and smells like poop.

This places kitchen is like a day in hell. Roaches crawling on what they consider clean dishes it's just nasty and id hate to live there. Also the manager Tiffany is hostile, badmouthing staff to each other and should never have been allowed to run a kitchen. One day HR will realize they can't keep staff because the manager doesn't have the skills to manage properly but sadly they're all friends so the poor residents are the ones suffering from understaffed departments.she definitely should have stuck to housekeeping and stayed out of the kitchen applied for 5 times ?

I just want to thank Shelly Dorsey for all her help in getting us moved to Hilltop and Tracy Werne for all the help she provides for my Grandmother. As well as the aids. I honestly feel like her life has been saved by moving here. She moved from a nursing home where she was miserable and since she has been at Hilltop she is happy and so much healthier. She has more freedom and in the few years she has been here if we have questions or need anything Shelly and Tracy are always right there. I cannot thank them enough and thank God he placed them two in my path. ❤️
