The hospital was very clean and pleasant. I had a great roommate who was cognizant like me. The nurses were very good, especially Valentine Who came to the United States two months ago by herself from Kenya, and landed in Texas. She always had a beautiful smile and she was kind, and I loved her.
The staff in physical therapy was very nice and they were patient. I wish I had been there a little bit longer to work on my balance more. Discharge was easy and they transported me to my house. It was a wonderful experience and I would go there if I needed rehab again

Our mom stayed at Encompass for physical therapy and it was an amazing place! It was a really good atmosphere—warm and welcoming. The staff would go above and beyond to get her what she needed, whether it was treatment or walking us though insurance and paperwork. We worked with Keidra (her caseworker), Rachel and Jesse (physical therapists) and they helped us navigate some really difficult situations, such as getting our mom the long term care she needed during the bustle and adjusted hours of the holidays. We appreciated them so much!

My Name is James Harvey and I’m currently a patient at Encompass City View. I just wanted to give a rave shout out review to Ms Cynthia for the off the chain chicken Parmesan and a wonderful shout out to Ms Olivia for the delicious broccoli and cheddar cheese stuff chicken breast!!! Both of you ladies are a forced to be reckoned with in the kitchen!! The food at City view Oakmont is great!!Also, I want to give a shout out to my favorite doctor “B”!! He is so awesome!! I look forward to every morning when he comes to visit me. He truly makes my day! I forever wish you the best Dr B!! I also want to give a shout out to my wonderful physical therapy coaches Cody and Jesus!! They are both truly awesome!! Ms Marilyn, Ms Marlin, Ms Karen, and Ms Jovita are the best nurses in the universe!! The hospital is very clean and very nice. I do not want to forget OT Ms Rachel! I had the pleasure of touring the facility with Lindsay and I was blown away! This place is state of the art. Everyone is extremely friendly, it’s clean and the therapy rooms are phenomenal. My favorite therapy room is the one that focuses on real life events such as grocery shopping, pumping gas and even ordering food at a deli! 10/10 recommended!

Kelly PT, and Angelica OT, were so good with my mom. She loved them. As well as Othella, Latrice, and Anna are great nurses and were amazing care givers to my mother. She loves Encompass. Thank you for caring for her.

Been a patient at Emcompass City view many times I encountered some very dedicated employees that have went way above and beyond and making sure my needs were met. I would like to send a huge shout out to the following staff. My therapist were great. Donna was excellent with my personal needs. Tessa was really nice. Tammy was great. I enjoyed Stanley and Jesus. Lewis always gave me an extra hand. The nursing staff are extremely nice and helpful. Cassandra went above and beyond always taking her time with me. Taylor on a nightly basis made sure I got all my needs met. Valerie was my nurse she took great care of me. Cynthia was great. Elisabeth was also great. Latrice was so awesome she came in even when she didn't have me. And Latrice took care of my needs. Avy was great and made sure all my meals were done correctly. Respiratory Kim and Mari took the time to explain about my medication. Dr. Lineman was good. Dr. Donavan. My stay here has been wonderful and I appreciate you'll getting my strength back. I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff here is great.

The staff was friendly and wonderful. They were very helpful. The therapist I had were Tammy PT, Katie OT, Tessa PT, Brittany, Kelly, Jocelyn, Allyssa, Stanley. Veronica my case manager was wonderful. Lattice was so great and very helpful. She is a joy. Love being around her. Dr. Campbell was good. Valerie my morning nurse was good. Every nurse and tech was good. Avy in the kitchen was good. The cleaning staff did good. Everyone who walked in my door was wonderful . Thank you all.
