While visiting from out of state, our Dad fell. We found ourselves 3 states away from home and had to search on our own for a skilled nursing facility. We are so grateful that we found Heritage House of Keller. Dad was transferred late on a Friday and we were met by a wonderfully, caring aide named Dolly. She immediately made him feel at ease. In fact, she made all of us feel comfortable. She is a positive, uplifting and caring person. We watched her dote on every patient she cared for. We found the staff to be very good overall and appreciated all their support. We felt comfortable leaving Dad in the evenings. Thank you Dolly!!

My mom was recently a resident at Heritage House of Keller Rehab. She was there for about a month, and from day one, the care she received was THE BEST! There were so many of the staff who my mom would regularly mention to me by name - Addis, Dolly, Faith, Dee, Fantasia, Martha, and Anne. These sweet ladies and many others on the team cared for my mom as if she was their own family. We are both so grateful!

I want to give a special 5 star rating to Dolly. From the first night to the morning my mom was discharged, Dolly cared for my mom as if she was her own. Every detail was taken care of with love and grace and kindness and humility. She is a BEAUTIFUL person and truly a self-giving servant to her patients. Thank you for helping my mom regain her strength and safely return home!

This is my 2nd stay at the Heritage House. My first stay 2 years ago post knee replacement surgery was a good experience as I had no idea what to expect. I had my second knee replaced a year later and requested my rehab to be at Heritage house but they were full at the time. I had complete shoulder replacement surgery last month and fortunately they had an opening. I enjoyed my first stay here but this stay has exceeded expectations! Some of the staff remembered me which made my stay feel more like a reunion rather than rehab. The doctors, nurses, aides, therapists, admins, maintenance and even the janitors were all very friendly, caring, courteous and accommodating with great senses of humor (which makes my day)! Way too many to name here but want to thank them all for putting up with me and caring for me, thank you all very much! However, there is one individual that stands out and deserves special mention.

Dolly Johnson (who is a nursing aide) met me on my first night of this stay and immediately put me at ease. She auspiciously introduced herself to me as Dolly which was my mother’s name, which warmed my heart. Dolly cared for me as if she were my mother. Her attention to detail and one’s needs went far beyond expectations. I truly felt as if my mother had sent her to be my guardian angel. Not only did I receive special care from her but I was pleased to see ‘everyone’ under her care received the same TLC and always with a bright happy smile. She is truly one of a kind and is the Florence Nightingale of the Heritage House! She has many degrees and is capable of holding any higher position but she loves “doing Gods work”. I hope and pray that corporate knows what a blessing they have in her and reward her accordingly. God Bless you all

This is an excellent place to recover and get stronger after a hospital stay. Before going home, Heritage House helps you with excellent physical therapy, occupational therapy, skilled nursing (such as Tina), wound care (such as Edwin and Faith), and general nurturing and encouragement from Dolly Johnson. Nobody is too busy to help you! I recommend it very highly!

My brother Loree has been in Heritage House of Keller since September 7th of this year.
He has had excellent care from all the staff, therapists and doctors. Bernadette the weekend
nurse was very helpful to me in getting all of his (my) medical power of attorney papers together
for your records. Though all the staff assisting him are great, there is 1 RNA ( Dolly ), that has restored my faith in people. Dolly has taken excellent care of Loree not only in his physical
limitations but also in making him feel special. I live in Pennsylvania so I can’t be there for him
other than my nightly calls. We talk on speaker phone so I can always hear how caring Dolly is and that makes me know that she is taking the best care of him and he is in a special place. I
am so grateful that he has her to help him and that I can feel he is safe and getting the best care
possible. Thank you so much Dolly, I hope they realize what an awesome person they have in you.

Recently I was a resident at Heritage House of Keller Rehab and received excellent care! Many, many of your staff were so very nice, attentive and of encouragement to me. There was one, Dolly Johnson, who was outstanding in every way and I really would love for you to commend her for her exceptional service to me. I highly recommend your facility to all of Tarrant County residents who need good quality service and rehab but Ms Johnson put you and your facility over the top. If I ever need your service again, I sure hope I get Dolly Johnson as part of my team!!.

Not speaking on the level of care provided but on their admissions staff and receptionist. I called multiple times, emailed, and came in person to try and get information about this facility for my mom. I was ignored completely. No calls back, no emails back. And when I did go in person to ask some questions, Patti the receptionist was rude, dismissive and could not answer whether this was a skilled nursing facility or just rehab. She told me she had no idea what type of facility this is. How do u not know if you work the front desk and answer the phones? She did give me Alex Jimenez’ contact card in person and on the phone but they ended up just ignoring me as well. Knowing the timing of discharges from hospitals and how it can be a very fast process, done in a week or two, I would expect admissions staff and front desk staff to understand this and not just ignore potential clients. You could at least call or email me back like promised and just say hey we’re full. And show more compassion.

Long story short: they may not be easy to communicate with, don’t waste your time.
