Disappointment. I went by indication to know the space but it is a place that I definitely will not return. That day was very busy for me, I had an appointment after going there. When I arrived, a surprise: a giant questionnaire to be answered to know if I do some personal care, if I am a possible client for them in other procedures... so far so good, but this could have been quietly asked to me during my attendance. However, I was forced to respond, even with the time counted for my other appointment. The receptionist attending me with a debauched face and passing several people in front of me, it was clearly noticeable that they were people of great purchasing power. I asked about some procedures that I want to do and they looked at me with a face of "this one is poor, she can't afford it" and they barely answered me. In fact, it would have been better if they hadn't responded. Do you know when you arrive at the dealership to buy a very expensive car but you are in Bermuda and the seller judges you even without knowing if you can buy? Well, that's how I felt. Like I couldn't afford what they offered there, or like I wasn't a desirable customer. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, even though I had an appointment, I was finally answered. But unfortunately the service was standard: "do not pay attention to those who you think will not make a profit for us." As soon as she knew what I would like to do, it was quick (more than usual) after all, it was only two injections of $80. I tried to ask some questions about what I needed to do when I needed to return, but the attendant would just cut me off by saying, "just a minute" that she was preparing the injections.
In short: you go to a place that takes care of esteem, thinking that you will become a customer, and you leave there worse than you arrived.
I gave it a star because I can't give it 0, but as a business administrator, I leave one piece of advice for the owner; teach your team to treat everyone equally. Here, everyone can afford it. Even if it were in Brazil (I realized that most receptionists are too) there is no way to have a sense of what the other can pay, by appearance. I wasn't dirty, let alone smelly, but I wasn't wearing makeup, my hair was tied up, and I'd just gotten off work. Is my money worth less?
