I got my daughter a gift certificate for a couple of massages for her Christmas and birthday gifts. I'm in the Willamette Valley and she's in Pendleton so the transaction was done through texts. Any delay was totally on my part. Maddi and Anna were the two that helped me get the certificate. I like that I could do the transaction through texts. Being retired, I'm not as busy as they are by a long shot. They have never failed to respond to my texts. A couple of them were sent after their shop was closed for the day. That didn't go unnoticed. I'll let you all know how my daughter liked her massages. Although, I'm not sure there's such a thing as a "bad' massage. lol

Lois was just absolutely amazing! I contacted her last minute for my birthday she didn't have anything available but two days later lo and behold she contacted me and said she had an appointment open and I took it! She was unbelievably kind and considerate allowing me to be a new client in such a short time. And I really love the massage; she focused in on where I needed help and really loosened up my muscles I feel so much better. I have had surgery on my lumbar and to neck fusions. Lois was very gentle but aggressive in the areas of where I needed help and she didn't hurt me. I feel very relaxed and supported and I thank her very much!

I’ve been seeing Daly for about a year now regularly for massages. Each time I leave I feel refreshed and relaxed. Her calming environment makes it easy to enjoy your massage and I love the decor or her new room at Emerald and Ivy Spa. Her waitlist is long but so worth it!
