Wendi is truly magical!

I came to Misaotra by way of recommendation from my body worker. I've always gravitated towards more 'natural' approaches to just about anything, so the concept of holistic beauty definitely drew me.

My first facial with Wendi was back in early 2020 I believe. It was my first facial experience, and so relaxing I think I might have dozed off a few times during the service. Wendi has a truly calming energy, and makes you feel very taken care of. I've continued to see her over the years because I love the relaxing, restoring experience of her facials.

Wendi works out of her home, which is a bit of a drive from me and not the easiest to get to with traffic... but her home is charming, warm, inviting. So while I wish she were geographically closer to me, her location is adds to my facial experiencing being calming and relaxing.

Fave things about MISAOTRA: Love the products she uses (Laurel saved my skin back when I dealt with postpartum skin issues), Wendi's calm, genuine personality, and Wendi's magical touch... it is so calming and just right.

Least fave things: for me, it's really just the traffic I always encounter on my journey to her place and back home. It's really nothing against Wendi at all... more just my hatred of 635 (lol)

Also important to note: booking with Wendi takes planning... I book months and months in advance because I need specific Day/time. This is another challenge, but that's what happens when you're good at what you do and there's a demand for your services.

I've had quite a few facials in my life and this was the absolute best. Wendi does a great job assessing what your skin needs and giving it to you. She has a very relaxing touch and her products are very good for your skin. Her products are all plant based, organic and grown locally by the same provider, I believe. I've only been twice but I'm getting on a regular cadence. Would recommend Wendi highly.

Hour of serenity! Wendi is very knowledgeable about skin and the human body. She has a healing approach tailored to each individual. Products aren’t gender specific (namely smells), which helped me overcome any thoughts that men can’t benefit from her experience. Overall great person who genuinely wants to see people look and feel their best!
