Stay away from the Spa. One of the worst massages I have ever had. I had the 100 minute Spirit of Heritage massage and barely received 60 minutes of massage. It was a super light mostly hot stone. She asked me if there were any areas that needed extra attention. I replied my feet and legs since I had been doing a lot of hiking. She only spent around 2-3 minutes on each leg and around a minute on each foot.

At the beginning of the massage she asks me if I mind if she puts oil in my hair. I’m thinking oh, there is going to be a nice head massage. Not, she oils up my hair and spends around a minute with a weak head massage.

I have had hundreds of massages over the years and this was one of the worst ones and most expensive that I have ever had.

I can not recommend this spa.

Be careful. If you purchase on non-refundable basis and then need to cancel - THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE USE. I have never seen an upscale hotel actually strictly enforce a policy like this at the expense of future business.

I agree this hotel needs updating but that is part of the charm. Our original room had air conditioner that never got below 80 and the maintenance person was going to be an hour to come fix it, the front desk person was lovely and moved us to another room! We also received a free breakfast and that was delicious. A true Santa Fe, city different experience for us.

I stayed here last month for a girls weekend. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. If we could have stayed an extra day I would have rented electric bikes to explore about a little further. The best part of Loretto was the spa. I’ve only had a handful of facials but OMG the oxygen facial is so worth it. I’m still seeing results weeks later. I was a little skeptical regarding the cost but have since been recommending it to everyone. My face is still glowing. The staff at this hotel are all really great too.

We had a great time at this hotel and spa. The staff was excellent!! From Rihannon at the front desk to Marcel C. and Zaira in the hotel restaurant. They remembered us each morning as well as our preferences with our morning coffee. They were both always friendly, greeted us with kindness, and helped with suggestions to explore the area. The spa staff was also wonderful. They were very helpful in correcting our services that were scheduled via the reservation staff and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, the food was great, and the service was excellent. Can't imagine anything else you would need in a hotel. We will definitely be staying there during our future trips to Santa Fe.

Like many of the hotels in downtown Santa Fe this one is in need of some updates and refreshening. I have spent many weekends in Santa Fe and always wanted to stay here. I had the chance to stay at the Loretto Inn when a client made the arrangements. I wasn’t impressed. It’s right downtown and easy walk to all the shops and attractions. Room was ok. Restaurant was ok.

This is a lovely hotel the staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s a really nice restaurant and a cool pool. The rooms are spacious and had wonderful balconies. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was a wonderful

Went to have a relaxing time and eat out with my friends here but ended up being very disappointed with the food and the customer service needs better service for the kitchen along with their food
