From the moment I stepped into the serene and elegant spa, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was calming, with soft lighting, soothing music, and the delicate scent of essential oils filling the air. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcome drink, setting the tone for a truly luxurious experience.

I opted for the signature massage, and it was nothing short of magical. The therapist was highly skilled, using just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and melt away stress. The personalized touches, like warm towels and the perfect level of pressure, made me feel like I was receiving the most tailored treatment possible.

This was well worth the $145. My daughter and I did the Nourishing Package. I added a deep scalp treatment and she added hair glossing but we decided that it wasn't that different from what my hair looked without it. We agreed that a hair mask would have been a better value.

The facial massage was so good and neck/shoulder massage were wonderful. There is something so luxurious about having a scalp massage and hair washed. We walked out feeling very pampered and relaxed. Would love to be able to do this one a month!

My first time visiting this place today and Kevin did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in the hospitality was amazing. Very nice & clean spa. I received the ultimate head spa treatment & a 45 min facial. My scalp feels great and my hair feels so soft. My body is relaxed and my face feels wonderful! This is not a salon so afterwards make plans to do your hair which is what I already knew. I will definitely be back here soon. The staff is so sweet & made sure that I was comfortable from start to finish.

Absolutely recommend this experience. I did the basic and added a face mask and scalp exfoliation. Definitely worth the price and feels very thorough. Staff was very attentive and I would return for myself or give as a gift for birthdays or holidays.

AMAZING!!! How did I not know about this place sooner?! If you're on the fence at all, JUST GO! You will not regret it! They start off by showing you the condition of your scalp and hair follicles with a microscope, and then they recommend a treatment to add during your visit. Jennie the receptionist was so helpful and walked us through our first visit. The massage alone is great, but the scalp treatment was even better! I feel so relaxed and my skin feels hydrated and soft. They recommended products for my specific scalp condition too! The products smell AMAZING, fruity and floral, which I love! I will definitely be back to work with Hannah!!

Hera head spa was amazing! This was my first time going to a head spa and it was so relaxing and my head feels so clean and my hair is so soft! Kevin was great and gave just the right amount of pressure! My sister had Hannah and said she was also amazing! Jenny at the front desk was so nice and helpful and gave us so much info and even a sushi place to eat nearby! Will return again!

It’s beyond my expectations! From the moment we walked into the salon until we leave, we feel so welcome and pampered. Came here with my friend for her birthday gift and we both walked out so refresh, taken care, and our scalp feels so clean and light. I have a lot of hair but all the products they use makes my hair super shiny and glow. Manager and staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. I can’t wait to come back again and will recommend to all my friends. Great gifts if you have a special someone you want to treat them for a day of relaxation. We both fell asleep and woke up feeling so relaxed and head feels so clean.
