My appt was for 6pm. I showed up at 5:50. She told me I had to wait until 6:30. Modesty was not a concern for her during the massage. I felt exposed multiple times. She asked me at the end how much I wanted to tip her. I gave her the total and she made a scoffing sound and then added $3 to the tip amount (I was tipping 17% even though it wasn't deserved) I wouldn't have know had I not asked for the receipt. Go somewhere else this place is shady.

Fabulous massage from Lucy. We just moved to Yukon and my neck was really hurting. Made a same day appointment now I’m feeling great! Place was clean, smelled really nice, massage bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back and will ask for Lucy!

I had an excellent massage here , the massage therapist is great ! Booking an apptmnt wasn't a problem at all. I will say the massage felt very deep tissue, if you ask her to go easier she will. When the massage was over and I got up my entire body felt light and stress free ! I highly recommend this place for a massage. ❤️

I made an appointment for a couples massage at for 7:45 with online booking. It was accepted. 20 minutes before the appointment time they called to cancel because they wanted to go home early. I booked the appointment at 3:40pm and I could have come earlier if I had known this. They refused us. Horrible customer service

First time here, and I had a great experience, the lady giving me The massage was amazing. I believe her name was Amy and she pampered me head to toe and she really knows what she’s doing. I literally walked out like if I had a new back and she’s so gentle but also she puts enough pressure. I definitely recommend her to all your friends and come get a massage!! THANK YOU ! I will be back ?

Went ahead and tried this place although I was hesitant after reading the reviews. Booked an appointment online for a couples massage for 2-60 minute sessions for $130. Arrived for our appointment and the place is closed. Called the number and Amy answered and said she would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later she rushes in and said she could give us 2-30 minute sessions, because it was only her. The place was not our idea place of a spa. The massage felt rushed and we had to do one at a time. At the end she insisted on charging for 2-30 minutes sessions, which cost $50 each. Overall a pretty terrible experience. She could have tried and made it right, but chose not to.

I brought my nephew in yesterday for his first massage. I have to say the pros first because there's a lot of CONS. Booking online was easy and we got in there and back to the suite fast. My nephew also enjoyed the actual massage. The CONS are that during the massage she started walking on his back. It would be a good idea to give people a heads up about that. We were not expecting that at all. She also started rubbing on him with the oil. Had it all over her hands and her 12:15 appointment came in. At this time it was 11:55. She left my nephew uncovered while she went and helped the guest and came back and still had oil all over her hands. Never washed her hands but Started rubbing on him again. She Then got a phone call. Never washed her hands but answered the phone call was talking during the massage. We then did not even get the full hour massage that we booked online. She asked if 45 minutes was okay. Will not come back!!!! Very unprofessional!!

I have been Lucy's client here for multiple years and I can't imagine using any other place. I am large framed and she certainly isn't, but she is able to loosen any knots I have ever mentioned. Not only that, she really does go out of her way to make sure I am comfortable. Not just with the massage, but also with any new oils or tools she going to use, and also the temperature of the room. I always book a 90 minute session and don't think she has ever finished at 90 minutes, always a little longer. She really does go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your massage. I won't go anywhere else and I hope they stay in business for a long time.
