Tried this place for 2hr couples massages. The massage was good (the reason for the two stars) Service was the problem. We paid in full before going back for the massage. We told them we would tip after the massage. It’s cold in the rooms so we asked for them to turn on a heater. They did. Once finished with the massage we went to pay a tip and they crowded around like we had not paid. Tipped over 10% and they made a fuss about the tip and acted like we were trying to walk out without paying. We tipped what they wanted being they made such a fuss. (Shouldn’t have tipped at all) Will not be returning due to this. We always tip and well if the service is great.

环境挺好，但师傅的技术有待加强，穴点都不够到位，其他各项都还行。强制小费的部份令人很不舒服，尤其结束时师傅和柜台的人会一直盯着你，没给超过十元就直接问甚至给臭脸。令人不懂的是我们已经付了按摩的服务费了，为什么还「必需」「额外」给小费呢？尤其最低金额要求十元也就是小费25%起跳？连杯水都没倒就要求至少25%小费真的合理吗？?

Maybe I got lucky going on a Wednesday at 2pm, but this place was surprisingly charming! Bay Beauty Spa is currently closed for construction so I decided to try the 30min/30min full body and foot reflexology combo here ($50) and it was good!! I also like that they have a bigger parking lot.

I was the only person there, it being a weekday, so it was very peaceful/calming. The lady I had (Linda?) was also good at communicating to ask if I was comfortable as well. I love that they massage your head/face/scalp too (Bay Beauty Spa doesn't anymore for the foot combos, they say you have to get a full body massage for head massages ?)

I also love how nice the front desk ladies were! I wanted to buy a certificate and the woman who spoke English had left for a moment, but the ones there were able to communicate to wait how they could and even took out Google translate to help me! I thought that was very nice of them.

Will be returning, especially while Bay Beauty is still under construction (and maybe even after!).

I went there to enjoy a relaxation day. I got an hour and a half of mixed massage. My husband got an hour of mixed massage and enjoyed his massage too. Unfortunately, when I left I gave my masseuse a $10 tip for her services and my husband stepped out to smoke a cigarette and the cashier confronted me and said "$10 dollars for 2 people?" I told her no, this is for me. Then she asked, "What about him?" I told her ask him. I'm providing a top for the services I received. Then I told my hu6and he went to tip his masseuse as well. I really HATE when people ask for TIPS. TIPS are a bonus not a requirement. That needs to STOP. Other than that, I would return and refer others to them with a warning of the TIP situation.

Ok so I've never heard of a tourmaline crystal sauna before but I now have and it was so cool. I prefer traditional sauna's over infrared but it was really beautiful and did work, just takes longer. (Tip of you're thinking sauna especially during the week call a couple hours ahead because it takes that long to warm it up).
So the best deal is the two hour special, two hour massage (as far as I know any modality) plus 2 hours in the sauna (I did one before and one after)
From the front it just looks like any other strip mall place but this one is soo much more, it's really big inside and the decor is like a 4 star imperial hotel, it's really nice. I was really happy with my massage and total experience, the people are really friendly and accommodating, I will be back this is my new favorite place in the Bay. Even the locker room (see pic) was really nice as well.

06/02, I always cal to schedule for massage. Today its for 8pm, the lady Coco locks the door as I'm approaching and tells me no massage, but two minutes later two persons just walked in, how does that work?

04/20/24, I'm a religious massage enthusiast, I go for massages about twice a week depending on my work schedule... because I NEED IT!!! The Bay area roads can be very hard on my patience, my temperance and my tolerance. This is an impressive place, looks suspect from the outside but its not. Stop in!

The experience was a little rocky and unorganized, but overall I really enjoyed the sauna and the 2 hr massage . I would go again .

What an incredible experience. From the outside the spa is deceptive, but the rooms are nicely decorated and the heated blanket immediately made me feel comfortable. They have some nice touches such as hot stones and hot towels which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

I had the 90 minute deep tissue and felt really good after the service. Thank you!!
