Such a great experience here. The facility is huge and has everything you could want or need in a spa. Staff was excellent, and the tour I was given before served perfectly in telling me about the facilities and the history, in addition to showing me where everything is. Me and my wife had a couples massage which was absolutely perfect. The room was setup with two beds, a tub full of warm water, and a shower. We had 30 minutes in the tub and a 60 minute massage which was very nice. Afterwards, we spent about two hours at the pool where we had a delicious poke salad and two smoothies. Service was great throughout and I would not hesitate to visit The Spa at Sec He again in the future.

This place is incredible. We were a group of 10 ladies visiting from the east coast. We spent 6 hours at the spa. I enjoyed the mineral bath and my relaxing rain massage with Jose. The massage beds alone are great with vibration and red light therapy. The treatment rooms were nice. I spent an hour at the gym which was incredibly clean and pretty much empty. I also used the sauna - would be great to add a dry sauna as well! The staffing ratio was incredible you can tell they are focused on the customer experience. Also had a salad from the cafe which was decently sized and very healthy. Highly recommend for anyone needing a spa day in Palm Springs. I will definitely be back.

Such a relaxing and beautiful spot. As soon as you walk in, you feel a wave of calm wash over you. The mineral waters really help you unwind.
You can easily spend an entire day here, indulging in the various treatments and facilities, and you still won’t want to leave. The spa and locker rooms are very clean!
The masseuses are top-notch, expertly targeting any pain points for a personalized touch. Sure, the cryotherapy and flotation experiences are a bit pricey, but they’re amazing!

I highly recommend taking a massage treatment—it’s a must! Make sure to allocate ample time to fully enjoy everything the spa has to offer. You won’t regret it.

Its hard for me to even pen words to describe my experience here today. The food at the palbar was served fast and it was super fresh. A little expensive but worth it. I highly recommend the pina colada and blueberry smoothies and avocado salad with chicken add on. The outdoor pool was very clean and quiet. There are day beds and cabanas available for rent which includes a tv and complimentary fruit tray which i didnt get since i only got a day pass. The day pass is available for purchase and u can enjoy all the amenities from 8 to 7 pm. The day pass is $145 but pro tip there is a 15% discount if you live locally with proof of id. Free street parking. This is also the #1 spa in america fyi. There is a 15 min mineral bath included with day pass purchase in a private room. There is a euculaptus steam room. Sauna room. Cold plunge water tub. Clean gender specific locker rooms. Outdoor pools. Outdoor mineral pool. Staff was very friendly and professional. Free snacks and infused water located around the grounds. you can get a facial,massage, nails done on campus as well.

the outdoor pool is nothing but regular pools you can find at any hotel, just a larger version. never forget the cliche disgusting smell of pool water.

Staying in a meditation room is often disturbed by passengers
The mineral pool is 15 minutes limited. whereas some downtown LA sauna is unlimited.

staff using public towel to wipe the floor while water overflow!!!! disgusting!!!!! cannot imagine what your body is using is used for wiping the floor.

I would give this day spa 10 starts if I could.
Amazing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. You have an option to buy a day pass or one of their treatments which will give you access to the facilities as well.
I did their collagen facial with Josie and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she was extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing place to spend the day.

Highly recommend the monthly membership. Totally worth it. I go almost everyday. The staff are top notch and the facilities are immaculate.
Best part is the membership is month to month so I can opt out on months when I’m traveling.
