Awful. Go somewhere else. This place is all about working the medical system to maximize their profits. They don't care about you - they just want to come back so they can make bank off of our garbage medical system in America.
I need 3 appointments so you can yelle what I already told you is wrong with me?

I used to get mental health counseling from Horizon. Unfortunately due to work and money. It was difficult to come even with the fact that I really needed counseling. They told me that I would have to start over. So I come in as a walk in, and they tell me that they can't see me. What was the use of me coming to Horizon? I really needed to be seen by someone. Because I really had a shitty week and it's not getting any better. But I guess that wasn't good enough. I'm sitting here right now! I think I'm gonna look elsewhere because this is nuts.

This place should be tried for malpractice. My wife has not seen a psychiatrist in six months because five different appointments have been cancelled by the practice at the last minute, forcing us to schedule another month out. They don't explain why or offer any alternate arrangements for this desperately needed psychiatric care. Meanwhile if she is not on the telehealth call the minute the doctor shows up she is marked "no show," despite these appointments being blocked off for 30-60 minutes. What are their doctors doing all day instead of seeing patients? Look at the reviews, numerous other patients are having the exact same issues. They don't care at all.

they’ve denied me my very important medications twice for things out of my control. do they want their patients to go through withdrawals so we’re forced to find alternatives and they get more patients for their drug rehab go literally anywhere else.

RYNAR is a terrible mental health professional and the reason I left the practice. He's condescending and rude, and if anything made my depression worse. He's the epitome of why people stop getting help. i suggest you go literally anywhere else for your psychiatric needs.

Haven't even had my first evaluation an already messed up my therapy appointment and medications by rescheduling my original appointment by a month later than what I first made. Now I'm lefted with a gap in my psychiatrist and medications, despite my an my old place of therapy proactive measures. Not okay not cool

I am only 3 months into my treatment,and everyone is so absolutely kind. My therapist Rachel is so patient and gentle,knowing my fragile state. My nurse practitioner Leslie, has the soul of a "peace making angel of the medical field" and understands just where I am in my recovery. I cannot say enough of this facility.And a "shout out" to the receptionists! I want to thank them from the deepest of my heart and mind for all they have and can do for me.
