A family member came here yesterday. We are getting her out right now. This place is disgusting. Dirt and debris on all the floors. Bug and feces in the bathroom. Nurse and nursing supervisor were unbelievably nasty! They wouldn't listen to our concerns. Had her go to the bathroom IN HER BED because they said she couldn't use a bed pan. I highly recommend you not send your family member here.

My sister said she feel like she in jail. The staff don't care and it's dirty. She feels neglected. It hurts my heart to talk to her and hear how they are doing her. She has to hand wash her own clothes!

Why did I have to make over 12 calls in a 2 hour period to tell my family member Happy Birthday. They don't answer the phones and when they do, there is an attitude on the other end as if they're bothered by my call- I was hung up on, my brother experienced the same thing the day before trying to reach our relative and as I type this, I am on call number 13 in an effort to try to reach my family member to let them know we love them and thinking about them for their birthday. These weekend workers ruined that. I will be putting in an official complaint on Monday. Now I have to wonder exactly what else is going on there! I'm hundreds of miles away, and unfortunately I cannot visit as I would like to- This is just ridiculous on so many levels...**UPDATE: I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO MY BROTHER (AFTER) HIS BIRTHDAY! A PERSON IN CHARGE PHONED ME FROM HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE AND HANDED IT TO MY BROTHER. As Grateful as I am, the aforementioned problem will hopefully be addressed...

I give him zero Stars the staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them trying to find out information about my own mother I had to call five times just to find out she was actually there and then when I get there the place is disgustingly dirty we had to wait half an hour to speak with her nurse because she was apparently on a break and apparently only one person looks in on the people in her area then the supervisor got involved and she was rude and we were trying to tell them to move her back to the hospital because something was wrong and they're telling us we're wrong we finally got her move to another hospital and they tell us that her carbon dioxide levels are way too high and they probably would have killed her if we'd have left her there you guys should not be in business you should not have those employees and you should be sued until you have no money left

Been in the health care field for well over 10 years and every patient that I have cared for that has came to me for a regular office visit or inpatient has not been cared for properly. Nothing gets done unless a supervisor is involved and the aides that accompany patients to their appts know absolutely nothing. I would never send a love one there or recommend it

My mom was found laying on the floor May 8th and again May18th and Buffalo Center never filed a incident report when I asked what happened, how long was she laying on the floor....May 18th when I got there she was hallucinating and I was told she had a uti infection that's why she wasn't making sense and no supervisor on the weekends. I demanded a ambulance called. I needed to tell james (not sure his title) to put gloves on after he was on his cellphone and outside smoking as he was getting ready to change bandage on mom.
When the 2 emt's arrived they said moms blood level was 30, Uti infection, & covid. EMT' said nurses didn't want to cooperate and answer any questions. nurse gave attitude, James wanted me to sign some discharge form and one of the EMT's asked to look at it and James was hesitant, she told him I wasn't signing anything and he stormed out of the room. She said had I signed it, it wouldn't hold them liable if something happened to my mom .Tara - nurse supervisor and Administrator Izzy never returned call on Friday May 10th. I asked a nurse if I could get a picture of ice water for mom and the Nurse asked another nurse to get it and her reply if front of me said, I don't want to get it. I turned around to Tara office and told her the comments made 1 minute after her reassuring me and her reply was "that's just how she is " Nurses show no motivation instead they huddling around on their cellphones defeating the purpose of my mom physical therapy / rehab to be able to walk due to poor circulation in legs and feet from 4 1/2 stent surgery.
Mom was found laying on the floor Wednesday May8th head between bed and dresser and emergency cord wrapped entangled with other cords and mom couldn't reach, same thing Saturday, May18th & Devon was a witness and only qualified employee. It's a shame my mom didn't get to get physical therapy due to the nurses negligence!!!!

The one worker I think named Ann did a wonderful job with my mother while she was there. She was so professional yet kind while we were there. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My uncle got discharged on Friday, and we are grateful that he was able to complete his rehab stay with this facility. Although there are many bad reviews, I do not share the same sentiments as the others. From when he was welcomed in, up until he discharged everything went well. The staff was pleasant, and the administration team was hands on themselves and made sure he was always okay.

My uncle even spent the Thanksgiving Holiday there, and the building was fully staffed despite it being a holiday. It seemed as if they took time to make a home like Thanksgiving meal for the residents, and I also witnessed staff being fed by the management team which was heart warming.

My Uncle turns 83 tomorrow. He is the oldest living member of my family and I am grateful he is still here with us.
