Valeria, Adió, and Maria at the front desk and scheduling are great with people and greet everyone with a smile. Barbara in scheduling is so sweet and helpful. Julie and Kortney, in physical therapy make me work hard but are always very encouraging. Andrea is the Energizer bunny of the Wellness group. She is always encouraging and is genuinely concerned for the welfare of her clients. Over the past six (6) months, I have participated in more than 48 Physical Therapy sessions at this facility. Half of these treatments were for low back pain and the other half were for neck muscle spasms. The Physical Therapists, Technicians, and Front Office Support Staff here are nothing short of fantastic. I am constantly amazed at their dedication to their patients, their professionalism, and their unceasing desire to help in every way possible.

In addition to my PCP, I have numerous (more than 6) health care physician specialists, most of whom are in the Advent Health System. As a result, I have experienced a wide variety of providers and their support staff. Without question, this facility is at the very top of my list of favorites. And, this is a very difficult achievement to attain because my standards for judging the quality of my personal health care are extraordinarily high.

In particular, I need to mention the very effective and efficient care provided by PTs Richard Goodluck and Lauren Folio, and their Technician Jessica (who is especially adept at stepping in immediately to assist with continuing care at a moment’s notice). As well, front office staffer Adio has been very helpful with numerous scheduling issues, as has been the case with the several other Front Office Staff. In essence, whatever assistance I have needed from these staff, they have provided quickly and effectively, with great cheer and enthusiasm. I simply could not ask for more.

In large measure because of the superb service I have received at this facility, I have decided to enroll, at my personal cost, in their Medical Fitness and Wellness Program. My first appointment for assessment was held today, administered by Andrea Molina. Again, as expected, I was immediately impressed by her high level of expertise and professionalism. I am wondering why I waited so long to take this important step to maintain my good health.

If ever you have a need for physical therapy or wellness program assistance, I heartily recommend that you go first to Advent Health Sports Medicine and Rehab at Altamonte Springs. I recommend highly, without reservation, the entire professional and support staff at this facility. You will not be disappointed.
