Came here for php. Stayed 34 days. John the director, Joanne, christen and Tina are all dedicated hard working employees. They help you with whatever problems you may have and will go out of there way to accommodate you and make sure you're getting the most out of the program. Tyler, Andrew, Carson and Sammy the techs are phenomenal people and will make you feel at home at the houses. I would advise everybody coming here to utilize the free gym and get a sponsor and go to 12 step meetings. Very glad to have come to this program and recommend it to anybody searching for addiction recovery and pr mental health issues.

The staff they really care about their clients, John the case manager is out standing and puts his clients first!!! The therapist teach both mental illness issues and Addiction... OTS was a great a great place for me in the time in my life when I had no where else to turn to get help for my addiction and mental health issues I wasn't aware I had. I spent quite some time with them and all of the staff there are truly genuine and their way of helping and caring for us that are sick. I learned a lot about myself and also learned good coping mechanisms to use in times of need. I would highly recommend for those in need. The housing environment and facility are very comfortable and is a family oriented place. Thank OTS, Mrs. Joanne, Miss Christine, Tina, John, Tyler, Manny.. thank you all for you help and I look forward to staying in touch !

And all the techs are professional caring and avaliable to help clients in time of need. Spent six weeks at the OTS PHP receiving treatment for primarily mental health and minor addiction recovery. Nice and newer facilities. Experienced, professional and caring staff. Many privileges and outings permitted. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Therapists were knowledgeable and helpful. Good group of clientele receiving recovery support for addiction, mental health, or both. Grateful for my experience at OTS and the benefit it provided me.

John is the Greatest he helped me in so many ways during my intake all the way through my treatment until I was even discharged Great manager! The Therapist are Excellent at what they do, they Are Very Good at their job Very Beneficial Knowledge to Gain from Group sessions. Miss Joanne Is very inspiring and Knowledgeable about addiction Counseling!

Y’ALL ..This place is a disaster. Beautiful center facility but filled with bed bug ridden couches and approximately 6 staff members. 4 of which are running the groups, two run the entire place. No one works the front desk, it’s empty. The main house was super nice and I loved the house itself. And here’s the BIG BUT- But unfortunately during my stay there I noticed medications missing more and more and more these last three days and though I kept informing “staff” which is one ‘dude’ who you have to go to with anything. He did nothing about it, no room searches, no running back the cameras (allegedly), didn’t even fill my medications as he said he would. Instead, when I had more missing today and got frustrated, erratic as they called it, he got so overwhelmed he just dismissed me for ‘erratic behavior’ AKA anger and proceeded to immediately have two men escort me to the junky old bus to take me to get my belongings and what meds I did have left at house during which I made sure to call Orange County sheriffs to have someone there on standby and so I could report theft of controlled substances against the property, as I should. This caused frantic phone calls by the dopey driver and in a last effort to be unprofessional and petty, they said I could no longer go to the house on second thought and dropped me off at a gas station (they tried keeping me locked in the car to take me to the Salvation Army). No belongings or the medications that were left.This place is a joke.
