My mom was a resident here for 4 years. She settled in well and loved being there. The care she received everyday was awesome. All the staff members were very caring, professional and the building was always clean. The nurses were always friendly and spoiled my mom. They all called her granny and of course she loved all the attention. The activities director, Mrs. Faye, is a awesome lady and she does an amazing job with all the residents to make sure they always have a great time. She makes sure every holiday that the building is always decorated. I am very satisfied and would truly recommend others to The Terrace.

I have been coming out to Terrace for over a year. Seeing my neighbor, Bea Council. She is getting along, she wants to be home, but she unable to live by herself. I see good things at Terrace.

My boyfriend was in rehab at this facility . He got a uti snd cellulitus which was weeping . Finally after talking to director they wrapped his legs . The only shower he had for 9 days he was there is when I gave it to him . I could hardly ever find nurse or cna to help him . He was baker acted on 08/29 so he left there thank goodness . I couldn’t find his cell phone looked at bill someone was using it all hours of night and used almost all of my data . Not very happy about that . Would not recommend this facility to anyone . Very disappointing

My son is currently in this place . They don’t give him his pain meds when needed sometime don’t give at all. He doesn’t always get meals, so he goes hungry. I change his sheets when he showers. I don’t think they’ve changed any yet. Some nurses are very nice others need to find new jobs . Place smells like poop on some days. I don’t recommend this place at all !

My uncle was in this facility a few days prior to being returned to the hospital. A prerequisite to his acceptance per HCA NFM he had to supply one of his very expensive meds. I took a full bottle and a half of his medication. Since his return to the hospital I have called and spoke with someone requesting his meds, I have left two messages and a couple of days ago I spoke with his nurse who was unable to find the meds and promised to call me back (He was assigned to room 301). As of this date almost a week later no one has contacted me to tell me to come to pick up the medication or to let me know that they have misplace or stolen it.
Most definitely he nor anyone in my family will ever be placed in this facility.

Urine because I live ,3 hrs away but I can into sign a form my sister look good but
I'll leave it at that my brother check on her everyday

The building might not be brand new, but the staff was wonderful to my father during his stay. Marshianna Vickers was always attentive to him and she always responded to my text and calls, for even the smallest of questions. She was polite, helpful and reassuring. Overall, the staff really made my father feel at ease which was helpful to his recovery. The staff is caring and compassionate and I am thankful to them for their care of my father.

This was a messy place and very unfriendly employees! Someone who is like my mom is there and I felt so sad. Employees steeling from her and what can't I see.
