I am deeply concerned about the treatment my mother received while working at this facility. She was unjustly accused of things she did not do, and although management appeared to care, they ultimately mistreated her and dismissed her without regard for her contributions. My mother, who always treated the residents with kindness and respect, was subjected to bullying and was photographed without her consent. The stress and emotional toll of this environment severely impacted her well-being, to the point where she felt mentally drained. Despite her dedication to caring for the residents, she faced unprofessional behavior from some of the other staff members, who mistreated patients and engaged in unethical practices, including taking medications. I strongly believe this facility needs a thorough investigation and a complete overhaul of its staff to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both employees and residents. The experiences shared by others loved ones further highlight the need for immediate action.

If you love your love one or yourself do not go here. My hubby due to a fall ended up here and what a big mistake. In only two days he develop a bed sore. The room was so hot, dark and gloomy. He was sharing with someone else. When I arrived the bathroom was filthy. The garbage pail full of paper and a urinal hanging from the rim of pail. The toilette not flushed full of urine. I demanded to get him transfer and for two days they were given me the run around. He got there on a Wed. and on Saturday he was not responsive, not swallowing. When my Son asked to see the Doctor they said there was not Doctor on the weekends. That meant that he would had to stay like that till Monday! No way. My Son demanded for an ambulance to be called and out he went. He ended up in ICU and after that 15 days in the hospital. While there I noticed that when one is present they'll treat the patient very nice but once the family leaves is "forget you." The patient next to my husband will be pressing the button (which by the way did not work) and no one will come. I had to use my husband's call button and still they did not come. HORRIBLE place. If you want your loved one to die or get worse then this is the place to bring them.

Terrible just don’t they never even brought our loved one meals, filthy disgusting bugs and hair, and water leaks everywhere!
When it rains the building has leaks all over, buckets and slippery floors throughout very dangerous.

I would like to thank Savannas Park Health and Rehab for caring for my mother. They have kind, compassionate people working hard to take care of patients in a stressful time in their life. Our situation was a painful injury and post surgery that needed healing and physical and occupational therapy. The Therapists were considerate of her pain along with her capabilities and sometimes lack of. The CNAs were sweet, helpful, efficient keeping her clean and comfortable and always with a smile (Bless them). The RNs worked hard keeping all her meds in order and timely and also with a smile. Not to forget the great staff that help keep the facility clean and floors shining and again, with a smile. I also want to thank the kitchen staff for their help when mom was fussy eating and the Chef for her great dinners.
Mom was there 4 weeks, my dad and I were there every day, thank you for helping us make it home.

My husband was in need of a rehab facility after his recent hospital stay. After checking out several facilities, I selected Savanna’s park after meeting with Terri Clark. She was so kind and compassionate and addressed all my questions and concerns. I was so glad I did. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the doctors were simply great. A special thank you to Nancy, Darlene and Mary who took such excellent care of him.

3/22/24 My husband is currently a patient here. The outdated exterior of this facilty is not representative of its clean and shiny interior and it’s wonderful, caring staff who treat their patients with dignity and respect. The food they cook and serve is both nutritious and delicious. I highly recommend Savanah Park Rehab!!

5/23/24 My husband was discharged yesterday after 60 days at Savannas Park. It has been the best rehab experience of several rehabs my husband has been in over the last 4 years.
A huge thank you to Darlene I, Kerry, Ashleigh, Nicole (Queens), Kelly, Gloria and “Montauk”in the Oasis area, and Darlene II, Florence, Allie, Tiara, Pakira, and Vernetta in Transitions, Julie and Jackie in OT and PT and the lovely Asanti. I apologize to anyone I unintentionally left out. Everyone genuinely cares about the patients in their care here!! Last but not least is Tim Kimes, the Administrator.who is unbelievably kind, concerned and approachable!!

I have been a resident here for over 5 years for the last 2 months they have started cut backs on all food they are actually giving us very little just yesterday I received a English muffin on a plate with a butter packet menu said cheese omelette when I called they sent a foamy egg that looked like a omelet still cold from being microwaved from frozen no cheese today received runny oatmeal and 1 pancake lunch and dinner u never no what your getting half the time making residents order out just to get s decent meal please don't send your love one here

About 2 months ago I took a tour in Savanna Parks and I must say I was really upset the way my aunt was treated after they received her. The food was suppose to be high quality when it was food for pigs. Slop to be exact. The nurses at night didn't come in a check on her when she pressed the button over numerous amount of times. If you want your elderly loved one to expedite there demise go to Savanna Park.
