I don’t even know where to start. This place saved my life. I went for 15 days for detox and when I got there I was a mess. The first 11 days were so hard for me since I was coming off some serious stuff. I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. Then I met the staff. First Miss Miranda was my BHT and her kindness was something that I havnt seen in so long. She checked on me all the time. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. It made such a huge difference. Then on the 5th day I had a panic attack and my case worker Xavier went above and beyond to make me feel better even staying after his shift. He kept in contact with my mom the whole time and let her know how I was doing. The Nursing staff is the nicest people I’ve ever met. All the staff here was so kind. It was what gave me the strength to push forward. Never did I think I was capable of getting clean. Then after detox I started to go to there classes and I learned the tools necessary to stay clean out in the real world. My therapist Donald was A+ as well. He talked to me and actually listened and gave me the tool I needed to face my triggers and trauma. I can’t express my gratitude enough. I tried 3 different treatments and spent so much and I couldn’t do it. Then I found white sands. The best rehab I’ve ever ever been too. They do so many activities and really make you feel at home. Not to mention they give you your electronics from 4:30-10:30 if you go to all your classes. They are super laid back and they treat you accordingly to your pace and condition. Not only am I clean but I’m able to get my life back and be the best version of myself for me and for my kids. Thank you again for saving my life guys! So far they have been a great help,the staff there are amazing. Astrid my case manager is super helpful with all my needs and I believe truly cares about helping me accomplishing my goals.my therapist malik is great in his field I'm gaining a lot of insight on finding my true happy self.so thank you staff at white sands.

My experience at this place was the best for my recovery. The sober living house got me well prepared to come home. I have been back with my wife and family for 2 weeks now and it’s because of the experience at the sober living home that prepared me well. There is a house manager there name John and he played a major role in my recovery and helping me to be prepared to come home. John is not in it for the business he actually cares for everyone in the house. He provides transportation for you whenever you need assistance for your recovery and therapy. He also give you daily motivation and inspiration with his words and communication. He treats you like family, I never felt like a patient with him, I felt more like I was his brother. He is always asking and making sure that the house have everything that you need and also makes sure you don’t go hungry, he will help you with everything. Also he helps you get back on your feet with assisting you with getting a career and job in place. If you’re looking for an environment and opportunity that put you and your recovery first, I recommend doing your treatment with this place and most especially having someone like John in your life there is no way you can lose to your addiction anymore in your life. They have the winning formula.

White sands has been great to me on a broad spectrum of nessesities .
Everyone in every facility has helped steer me in the right direction..from residential in Tampa to php in ft Meyers to orlando iop to here in Kissimmee.. here at Kissimmee Malik has been a wonderful councilor that I am comfortable wit speaking to about my deep underlying issues and Astrid has been more than accoidating in regards to my treatment, helping me steer my way through insurance and and primary care doctors..I am greatful to all of the staff and administrators at white sands cuz the are playing a pivotal role in saving my life

I love it here, no complaints at all, the therapist and case manager are the best I had so far in my recovery, the lessons being taught and I actually implemented them and they actually work for me. This place gave me hope and the feeling of hope is an experience I would recommend to anyone suffering from an addiction. The feeling of hope I got from this place gave me a different boost that words can’t explain. That hope gave me belief that I can win and beat my addiction and I would and will always recommend this place to anyone that has an addiction and need help that I know works. Facts and truth is everything and the fact and truth is this program works and give hope to those suffering from their addiction. Thank you for all the help my future and present has change for the better because of coming here.

Good Day,
My name is Genaro and Im a WHITE SANDS patient with a departing date upcoming. I graduated from the program yesterday and moving on to spread my wings, but I felt everyone who feels like I do, grateful to have another day on earth and looking to re-store their lives, WHITE SANDS is for you. My arrival was months back and I arrived to a BEAUTIFUL home, Nice amenities, great care, and therapy . All things needed for one to start the rebuilding of ones life. I saw it instantly and I knew then I could It! I had challenges to deal with regarding ID, SS, NO PHONE, NO WORK and a bad LEG INJURY. But WHITE SANDS stood by me through it all and helped me to patiently become "A better version of Me". WHITE SANDS allowed me to became a house senior, I began chairing meetings in the home, we were all given transportation to any AA meeting of our Choice, I assisted my therapist to facilitate groups when needed, and I now get to speak at a local rehab once a week to help others who have the desire and need for sobriety, and the biggest is I have my first SPONSEE to help him through the 12 step program as was done for me upon my arrival. How cool is that? And lastly.... just yesterday I graduated from this program (See Attached) As I write this I'm about to spread my wings and that was all made possible with GOD, AA WORK, and WHITE SANDS.
If I had a relative who has this disease, I would definitely recommend WHITE SANDS.....Hands down!

Love it! A great atmosphere for recovery and peace of mind. Room for flexibility, but that come with responsibility, of course. Would highly recommend white sands to anyone.
