My visit to a friend impressed me. There was no bad smell, the security was good and the room my friend is in for rehab is very spacious. She said the food was like hospital food which I love. When ur home all day working and don’t know what to eat you Will appreciate hospital food. Staff friendly.

PLEASE READ ALL REVEWS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS PLACE. AT FIRST SOME appear TO BE HELPFUL BUT THE MOMENT YOU COMPLAIN OR POINT OUT THEIR MISTAKES EVERY THING CHANGES. THERE TRANSPORTATION DEPT IS HORRIBLE MY HUSBAND Was stranded for over six hours that’s not counting the time he had to get up and then the six hours they left him at his doctors appointment. It’s terrible

The physical therapy department completely gave up on my husband and became unwilling to even try to motivate him or give him encouragement because he has an open wound on his foot and it was hard for him to get out of the bed for pt.

Shame on Bedford Wellness because they’re only interested in the money and long-term care. It’s sad but it’s true. I have no reason to lie. I have pictures and documented everything and made in-house grievances reports so it will become a permanent record of theirs. Please read their grievances and you will see and read for yourselves. Beware !!!!

The word says the oil runs down hill. Well Mr.Edwin, That would be you. I know you have heard of many complaints from the peoples love ones.. There's no way you just keep letting the same issues continue!!! What will it take too correct these problems. FDA,State Board,Law Suit.. People when looking for your mother, father, grandparents, Aunt,Uncle are any love ones. Don't go about what you see. Look beyond what you don't see. Ask questions and check very well . Had I read the reviews first. I wouldn't have picked this place ever. The staff is good to those that they have taken wings too. My mother has been there over 4 weeks not once has they left any towels, face,hand towels, dry towels. ? soap, Don't get me started on the food. Cool every time she gets her meal. So I bring my mom breakfast, coffee ☕, Then I bring her dinner.. I feel ? sad when the elderly has no family to visit them. Once, this Particular
staff member came to work not in her scrubs uniform, But a Tee Shirt which read I'm not Rude....It was meant for me too see!!!! The woman which I had asked her a Justifiable question. She answered very rudely and walked off from me. I was left standing with dismayed. I will surely miss, Chuol, Kristine, Ms.Sarah, Precious.I, Ms.Helen, Ms.Dani, Jackie, A, Blessings to you all for your friendly service. I'm truly grateful for your kindness toward my mother..Thanks again.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT! take your loved ones to this facility, if they have dementia or any type of cognitive decline. My mother-in-law who has dementia, was found twice, in less than a week, on the floor. When we let the nurse know, they told us that they knew that she was on the floor and had rejected them helping her up. I'm sorry, but, they know she has/ dementia and that's what dementia patients do. I believe they should have gotten her up off the floor. Plus, she had been there for almost a week without a shower. There were times, we did not know whether or not she had lunch.. breakfast is supposed to be served between 6:30 and 7:30 in the morning is what we were told and she did not get her breakfast until 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning. We were told that she was going to get a shower three times a week and again, she was there for almost a week and never got a shower until her 5th day. There's not enough staff to check in on them regularly. They let male nurses give female patients, showers. My mother-in-law was completely opposed to that which, she should be. I know, I would have been. Each time I was there, I would hear other patients crying saying please help me up out of the bed. They didn't say out of the bed but, they were in the bed and wanted up. I had to let the nurse know even though, she was right down the hall, and I know she could hear her. When I told her, she said, "that patient always says that". If your loved one is able to take care of themselves mentally and call for help when needed then, I would say, try it out but, not if they have any type of mental disabilities or need constant watch.

Our family member just arrived yesterday but everything has been very good so far. Kind and helpful attendants & nurses.
