I just left resolutions a couple of weeks ago and I miss it terribly. I created so many concrete foundational friends between staff and my alumni that I have got to go back and visit. I cannot put a price on the way I feel today and I owe this all to you GHOP and the amazing people in resolutions.
Not to mention my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ he led the whole show. God bless you all

Treatment is really what you make it. I'd recommend Greenhouse to anyone I knew to be struggling. It can be frustrating at times. In order to get the most out of the program you need to focus on your recovery and not get caught up with other clients who may not be as ready or willing as you are.

I’m so Grateful for this amazing treatment center! Not only did they save my life, but they also made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the process of becoming Sober! The Staff are amazing and the food is always great. They really focus on you getting the help that you came to get.

For a little back story, I went to Greenhouse Residential Treatment Center (aka Main/RTC/In-patient) and it was great… which is why I’m so disappointed in my experience at Greenhouse Outpatient (aka GHOP). You will notice that the good reviews mostly mention something about their room or food — that is Resolutions, the hotel associated with GHOP, not actual GHOP!!

I wish people would realize they are two separate entities so that this place would have more accurate representation within reviews. But of course, GHOP themselves want the incorrect perception in google to trick people into coming here.

As for the actual Greenhouse Outpatient care… The quality across the board is tremendously diminished compared to their RTC. Therapists are 30-45 min late for class, rarely probe for information, allow people to be listening to music, watching movies, or sleeping/snoring during classes and say nothing. In addition, one therapist in particular — Jasmine — literally told me during a process group “I don’t care about your feelings”. What kind of therapist says that to their client during a process group

We had a peer die from OD at Resolutions over the past weekend. During process group the following Monday, my therapist, Jasmine, sat down and the first thing out of her mouth was basically “Oh I don’t even remember him talking about his plug reaching out to him”. Call me crazy, but if your client is talking about his plug reaching out to him, maybe that’s something your therapist should address one-on-one immediately… or at least remember after that same client dies two days later at a Greenhouse facility.

But to then tell your other client that you “don’t care about their feelings” and “don’t care about their opinions” while they are processing their friends’ death… I dunno, maybe that therapist is in the wrong line of work or at the wrong location, no? One would think Greenhouse and AAC would want therapists who care about their clients, but clearly not. I put in a grievance and complaint, but have had no response or action taken yet. Therefore, I can’t give this particular location and program anything higher than 1-star. And honestly, I’m not sure they deserve that.

I highly recommend Greenhouse’s Main Residential Treatment Center for in-patient rehab, and even recommend their hotel, Resolutions… but stay away from GHOP at all costs.

The staff, food, therapists, and just everything is amazing! The focus on mental health and getting to the core issues makes this place stand out from the rest. The services they have for military and first responder's what we need! Make sure to tell them you are a service member or first responder so you get the help need. This was definitely the best decision I have made period!

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I've EVER had in my life!!!
Don't go to this place if you're a Heroin Addict please!! Save yourself the time, money, and misery I went through and do your research and find some place better!!
I've reported them to the B.B.B for false advertisement because they are a FRAUD!!
I am now detoxed and 13 days clean because I really wanted this!! No thanks to this place though! I came into this place with 6 hours since my last use and 3 days later I still had not received any detox medication and was told it would be another day before I could see the Doctor that could order it.... completely unacceptable!!!
Any place that you go would be better than going here.
This is coming from someone who went here by choice and wants to be clean. If you want to be clean , that is awesome and you CAN do it!! But don't start here, your not going to get what you need to start your journey. Do your research and find some where else to go. This place is NOT what they advertised!!! Good luck!!
