My name is Clifford Blackmon. I stayed at your residence for eight months. I really enjoyed the experience. The entire physical therapy team is awesome. The activity lady by the name of Miss Kristie she always made her personal option to make sure everyone has something to do to get them out the rooms and I’ll give everybody the good Environment to meet others in the building the cafeteria supervisor Miss Kristie will make sure all meals were prepared the right way and it was something she always make sure Office is good. You have a good nurse staff doing the week on the weekend that people that they use over the weekend are very irresponsible , but all in all my experience was OK. They got me up out of the bed where I’m moving some physical therapy to wheelchair thumbs up to physical therapy and special things to Miss Kristie activity which she made me feel so welcome and made sure that I was involved in all activities that she had planned for the residence thank you and have a good day.

Love the residents. Some staff are professional and some staff are very unprofessional. One nurse that thinks she owns the building and call the shots.They Lie and show favoritism. Never can speak to corporate.

Warning to anyone who is thinking of putting there loved ones in this facility Dont!!!! They killed my family member this pass weekend and we asked how he passed they have no knowledge very suspect! Now me and my family members have to make funeral arrangements, they get there nursing staff to get on theses review and rate them at 5 stars telling lies about great treatment clean environment which is all FALSE INFORMATION!!! All these nurses up here have each other backs at the end of the day They all are on payroll and are licensed to kill, and my family member wasnt the only one,they have body dropping left and right, I cant understand how these people can sleep at night just there for a check and not for patients well being! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY Before they kill more helpless people!!!

Lennwood is a great facility to bring your loved one . The staff are kind and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The front office staff is amazing and Wendy was a great help with the Medicaid application I needed for my grandmother. I would definitely recommend this facility

Extremely nice staff and amazing therapy team. Administration listens to concerns and address the matter efficiently. I would not drive over an hour to work every week if I felt the facility wasn't exceptional and worth coming back for. Keep up the amazing work everyone.

I have always been skeptical of rehab centers since a lot of them have a bad reputation. When my mom showed up here for rehab because of her dementia she was yelling at my dad and I for putting her here. Long story short, Lauren the case worker and Inka (Rn) were the best. They were patience and understanding , carrying , sympathizing with our feelings. I wanted to say thank you to the both of them. Even after my mom was discharge ( against Dr orders) Lauren followed up with me on the plan for my mom. Because of the both of you my feeling for the rehab center has change. May God bless you in your journey of life.

Ps : my mom loved the catfish and asked us to call to see if you had anymore .LOL

This is a great facility. The administrative team work very hard and diligently to ensure each long term resident and short term resident are taken care of and receive the services they deserve. The THERAPY TEAM is AMAZING. They treat the long term and short term residents like family and go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best services possible. Sure, there can be situations that arise that may not be positive. However,if this happens, the administrative team work together to resolve those situations! Great things are happening here! Go TEAM LENNWOOD! YOU ROCK!
