My experience with Lancaster Nursing Home
has been incredibly disheartening. The level of care is alarmingly low, with staff showing a clear lack of urgency or concern for residents' well-being. Severe neglect has led to serious health issues, including poorly managed wounds.

The staff's indifference and laziness are unacceptable, contributing to the facility's overall deplorable conditions. It's evident that financial gain is prioritized over the care and dignity of residents. Given these experiences, the positive reviews for this facility are puzzling and raise questions about their authenticity.

I strongly advise against choosing against Lancaster for care. The neglect and prioritization of profit over people's well-being are deeply troubling. Potential residents and their families should look elsewhere to ensure quality care and respect.

Can you spell NEGLECT! My Mother who was only in the center for 48 hours, She was put in a diaper and was told to do her business in that. She paid cash money to stay. She would ring for someone to put her on the bedside commode and it would take an hour for someone to come and assist. By that point she a done her business in the diaper. My mom is has all her senses plus a broken leg. My Sister who went to pick her up and brought her home said she was sitting in her own waste and she was
given wet wipes to clean her up. We her caregivers needed a respite weekend. I suggest you PULL your family member out of this place and put them in a center where they will get better care. I am expecting a FULL refund for her neglectful visit.

My mother was admitted to this facility not long ago. Hopefully as a temporary situation. I've been getting nothing but complaints from her. From staff refusing to take her to emergency room as requested. Refusing family members to take her to the emergency room. Administering someone else's medications to her and denying to double check when she stated none of the pills looked familiar (which she's been taking about 15 years now), and being fed cold bean soup cold macaroni and a piece of a ham sandwich for dinner. Being charged $175/day for horrible client service! I promise I will be doing more investigating. If you have members here I would advice you to assure your family member is being treated properly as well.

Have a client stay there took them over 2 1/2 hours to respond to several emergency calls from his bed! I called the front desk stating that my clients (who is oxygen depen5) oxygen machine was failing multiple times and took them over an 1 hour to get it solved!
