I've been here before and the woman at the front desk was nothing but kind. This time around was such a big disappointment and definitely ruined my massage experience. After coming out from finishing my massage I felt the effects of the massage had worn off thanks to the new woman in charge of the front desk. She kept pressuring me to leave a 20% tip. I also paid ahead of time and asked her to add the tip when she charged my card but apparently didn't. When I walked in she also kept looking at me and laughing and speaking another language. I don't mind at all that another language is spoken as I am bilingual but her demeanor was not a welcoming one. Sadly, I will not be coming back here again and I don't think anyone else should give their business to this location unless you want to be submitted to the same treatment. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

They were trying to force me to tip more. I told them I paid for my service and the tip I give them is extra not mandatory. The man said it was not enough and that I had to pay more. When I refused he told me to not come again.

I won't recond you coming here me and my wife came payed full price for a hr massage and tip each massage therapist separately the owner and massage therapist blocked the exit and try to extort us for more tip so if you want to risk it and get extorted go head and come here that's why I gave it a 1 star because tipping is not mandatory it is willingly
FYI don't talk closely to the owner his breathing stink

Aww best massage I have ever had. The massage lady was really good and true to detail. Good customer service as well. And I love this water fountain.

Went for the combo which was $50/hr. Included in the combo is a body and foot massage. The place is clean, staff is friendly and has really calming and relaxing atmosphere.

For the details - you should undress to at least undergarments where exposed buttocks and back are needed so they can do the entire massage. They cover your full back from your neck to your calves. The masseuse will ask your level: easy, medium or hard to gauge your comfort. The strokes are more deep and slow, rather than soft and quick. There is some minor "back breaking" movements which do help crack those areas and release tension. Oil is used as well as a hot towel.

For the foot massage, they do cover the whole foot - ankle, soles and even small toe massages. It really helped relieve my soreness from walking.

Best full body massage. I’ve tried many places, and as a small female with terrible aches and knots, there are rarely places that make me feel comfortable and work out my knots perfectly but this place did it. I finally found my go-to spot. Thank you so much

My favourite place to get a massage! They always have availability. I’ve had multiple masseuses and each time they have given fabulous deep tissue massages with lots of pressure!
