Not even one star. If your even thinking of going to this place "maxwell" hall, I highly suggest you turn around! Run! Do not go to this 90 day joke rehab it's not 90 day either it's more like 120 to 150 day rehab, the only good part about this place is leaving! Foods made in a disgusting mold infested kitchen! No chef, unlimited food which is also one of the only good things about it here. There's no med nurse or specific set of med times so you never really know when your getting your medications including mat meds. I had to leave in order to get dosed and ended up losing everything because of this place. I have no clothes. No phone. My wallet is gone. Birth certificate is there. I have a laptop there worth 1200 dollars in storage in the counselors office. My counselor gave me a vape. There's staff who take count and compete to impress the supervisor who sits in his office all Day and called in once bc he was too hungry over to come into work and help addicts. The rights oasis says you have are totally disregarded here, nothings promised. To end I'll admit I came to maxwell hall to "get better" and all it did was Make me worse! I couldn't wait to get home and get my medication from the clinic and then relapse as soon as possible. This place stressed me out. I went in there clean and left dirty smoking a vape (that a BHT"staff" gave me) walking across the parking lot! Do not go here!

I just got kicked out after 16 day detox. I went there because I wanted to get help after they couldn't get anymore money they sent me away. If I could 0 stars. Nursing staff and bhts are top notch but the company it self. NO

This place is bad at every level. Staff does not care about the clients at all. My son had problems there and they did nothing to help him. They treat clients like it's a prison and not a recovery center. Tried to talk to staff about this, but refused to talk to me.we ended up getting him out of there. When they found out they said they would black ball him, and tell his insurance to cancel him. Stay away from this place it's not safe for your loved ones.

I do not live in NY, nor have I ever sought out these services. For almost a week now, an extremely rude woman has been calling from various numbers looking for a woman, and despite being told numerous times that she has the wrong number, she persists. I had the displeasure of speaking with her today and she refused to stop calling me as "this is the number of a client and we will call for 30 days until the case in closed". She called me stupid and hung up on me multiple times as I desperately tried to get her to understand that Im not who she is looking for, nor have I ever even met a person by that name. She refused to let me speak to anyone else about this issue, give her name or even speak to me like a civiled person. Based on other bad reviews I've seen and the way this woman spoke to me, I wouldn't recommend them.

They are a disgrace to society and they discriminate against black and Hispanic employees and clients. They need to clean house from top to bottom the higher ups don’t care about anything but themselves. They can never keep staff because of the mess that’s going on. OASIS needs to come in and shut that place down most of the time they let the clients shower in cold water and it was reported numerous times about no hot water and they do not care and continue letting clients shower in cold water. Someone need to come investigate that place and shut it down because it’s terrible..

Pretty much like a cult setting. They give tons of meds that you don't need along with unlimited fattening food. And all you can do is walk up and down a hallway all day. Try to leave and they will call in every resource available to make you stay. Worst possible place for treatment.

My detox there was good! The staff are all very nice. I feel like I was treated with respect. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to detox.
