I have experienced major savings since getting my blood thinner from this pharmacy. Because my Doctor is apart of Wake Med it makes me eligible to get prescriptions filled here. I have found the pharmacy management and staff to be highly professional and always 100% accurate.

This hospital on newborn ave , are the biggest insurance scammer on the planet , they have put us through hill , holding us prisner so they can scam the insurance into more money , especially the mental health department, after talking to some of the staff including nurses and doctors , they lack professionalism and integrity.
The doctor won’t give us a legit a reason to keep us there , I don’t recommend this hospital to anyone that I love and care about , they are a gang that have no empathy.

This is absolutely THE WORST wakemed ever this is ridiculous how long you have to wait just to be seen! I mean they prolong everything where are the WORKERS? They all talk and laugh as if the patients in the lobby aren’t in pain! They don’t really care about patients it’s very sad. They have no structure what so ever! Don’t come here if you want to be here for 4 hours or more!

The one part of WakeMed Raleigh that works the way it is supposed to is the Outpatient Pharmacy, and that's due entirely to the wonderful staff they have in there. They're always so kind and helpful. They are the one shining light of WakeMed Raleigh. Someone is always more than happy to answer my dozens of questions, patiently, and kindly. They're real gems in there. Would recommend.

This is the dirtiest hospital I’ve ever been too! The ER was absolutely disgusting. The waiting area has big cobwebs, i had dried up blood on the chair I was sitting in. I moved to another sit just to have a vomit bag right next me. I will never come back here again.

They send a text before they send it . You go wait 15 min . Then they tell it not ready . Stop sending bc text until it is sent . Made 4 trips to get medicine . Slowest pharmacy in Raleigh . Only have one at the register
