Hannah’s extensive knowledge was evident as she carefully explained each exercise and its purpose, which greatly improved my understanding of my condition and the recovery process. This business gets the *Buyer Beware* sticker for its *high-breakage contracts that can cost you hundreds*. I am reporting them to the BBB and BoC for prohibited practice.
The stretching service is a 30-minute stretch of the upper or lower body. The staff is friendly and conversational. The music provides a relaxed atmosphere. If you show up early, there is a fancy massage chair you can use complimentary.
The free first session and promise of being able to control my subscription were attractive, but I knew there was trouble as soon as I made a user profile—the only capability on the website/app is scheduling appointments and seeing the session credit balance. The actual contract is buried in the Terms of Use link. I was not provided the contract BEFORE I signed up. The initial month was $400 for 8 sessions and I was notified that I would be charged another $400 the next month. 30-day notice had to be given to cancel the subscription. This means I had signed up for 16 sessions for $800 right out of the gate. With a busy schedule, there was no way I could use all my credits. If I suspended the payments, I couldn't use any more credits until the account was unsuspended... you can see the trap this sets up!
