Aquí hay muy buen servio l@s enfermer@s lo atienden muy bien y son muy amables y la DR.Katie y la DR. Erica también, yo no hablo inglés, entiendo muy poco y lo que se es igual pero ellos se toman la molestia de usar el traductor y te explican de una manera que tu entiendas bien lo que te están diciendo.

Dr Saintilus came out to lobby herself and got me and started right away on me. Never saw a nurse! Never had that happen! She is very thorough/ listens to you. Staff is always very nice-Answering in questions u may have.

Much like the other reviews, the front desk has no idea what’s going on, ever. They’re bullies. The supervisor named Karen especially, and the others are clueless. They try to tell you your basic medication refill requires a doctors check up, when it doesn’t, they try to charge you for appointments you never scheduled and/or canceled with over 24 hours in advance, and because they don’t take adequate notes, it’s supposedly my fault! Hell no. All the times I’d been here, not once did I even meet my doctor. Luckily I was able to work around and get my blood test results, but good lord are these people stubborn. They will lie just to get you in the door.

THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS! Her front desk staff are led by a bully. They made a mistake and scheduled me for a same day appointment when, over the phone, I clearly heard that the appointment was the following week. I called to tell them they made a mistake. They made another appointment for me. When I showed up for the appointment, all they were interested in was collecting the $50 no-show fee. I told them that I was not paying it, and I asked to see the doctor. The bully at the front desk told me I couldn't see the doctor until I paid the no-show fee. She wouldn't even explain the situation to the doctor and let the doctor decide if I should be charged the no-show fee. I told her I guess I wouldn't ever come back and walked out the door. I called Blue Cross to find another doctor and explained what happened at Saint George Medical Center. Blue Cross said it was unacceptable behavior from a provider and called them on my behalf. Of course, the bully at the front desk dropped the charges after Blue Cross called her. I had been going to this doctor for almost 2 years with no issues. I never missed an appointment and always was on time. I was appalled that they didn't look at my appointment attendance record and see that they had made the scheduling mistake. Since then, I started going to a new doctor, and the new doctor said he has patients and staff that have gone to Saint George Medical Center and said they had bad experiences with them. In my 40-plus years of going to doctors' offices, I have never been treated with such disregard as with the staff at Saint George Medical Center. The worst thing is the doctor probably knows what her staff is doing and allows it in the name of MONEY.

My family started using Dr Saintilus after receiving really sloppy care from a local big medical group and have been so happy we made the switch. The staff is attentive, smart, and kind. When you walk in the waiting room you feel like you are in a beautiful CLEAN chapel. The care providers are excellent and I love that Dr Saintilus has doctors come shadow her as well. She invests so much in her work and community.

My expectations are always met while seeing Dr. George-Saintilus. She and her staff are professional, friendly, and well-organized. The office is beautiful, and she uses up-to-date systems for ordering medications and testing. I am very pleased with her care!

Dr. Santilus is Superstar doctor. I've been with her almost six years and I wouldn't have another primary physician. The best part of her is that she listens. She treats you like she would treat a family member.
I say this also because if you're going to be a P.A. in her office you'd better be a least a six to her ten or don't bother. It makes no sense that you're on staff and she still has to do all the work. Dr. I may have overstepped but my last two P. A. visits were horrible. It's comforting to see such a young doctor like Dr. Santilus so dedicated to her patients. I want you to know I appreciate you.

if you’re looking for a primary physician i would recommend Dr. Erica George-Saintilius. she’s very knowledgeable, she’s very kind, she listens, and recommends the best physical therapist in the area. i love the christian music being played while waiting. the staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very soothing.
