This place uses the Gonstead technique and I find it different from other chiropractic places I’ve been to. I’ve been suffering from chronic neck pain for a long time and after just 40sessions of posture corrections I’ve noticed that my neck is less tense and there is a significant improvement in mobility and flexibility.
I really recommend the dry needling it really works and speeds up the process. I’ve already noticed less muscle tension after I’ve done only a few sessions.
Dr. Park is an excellent chiropractor who really knows what he’s doing. He listens to your needs and provides a tailored regimen according to that. He also teaches you exercise and stretches you can do at home to further accelerate your progress.

Dr. Park is very knowledgable in all things related to the spine and posture! I’m so glad I found him! If you’re like me and a majority of your time is spent hunched over at a desk, a laptop, or even books, your posture is most likely in need of some rehabilitation.
