Me gustó por el cariño que les tienen a las abuelitas ahora yo no tengo familiares ahí pero con mi esposo acompañamos y vimos como ellos estaban ahí yo soy de Ecuador y allá prestaba servicio 2 veces por semana ahora ami me encantaría trabajar en este lugar ayúdale en todo me gusta tratar con abuelitas perovmy problema no hablo ingles a todos los que leen ese anterior comentario es mejor vivir y aprender que juzgar con mentiras saludos

Crystal has been exceptional in helping me with Mom's finances and other issues. Mom loves being at Yardley Rehab. She enjoys the activities and dining with friends. Both departments are great! Along with daily activities,, she enjoys church, getting her hair and nails done and all the special activities planned. Nurses Kim and Karen, and Esther CNA are among our favorites also. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Front desk staff are always welcoming.

My father in law has been in Yardley rehab for a few weeks and we have had nothing but a positive experience. Janelle has gone above and beyond. She’s helped care for my father in law and has communicated his progress or lack there of every step of the way. Janelle is a fantastic employee and truly cares about the patients and obviously loves her job. 5 stars for Janelle!!

My 92-year-old mom came there after being in the hospital with covid. The first 10 days she was there she was treated like she had the plague. Hardly anybody came in the room, my sister and I had to take shifts and be there constantly to help her out especially at meal Time. My mother is hard of hearing to begin with and she was extremely congested so it made her much more hard of hearing. The liaison that works there named Timothy, said I don't know how to tell you this but your mother's really out of it ,she doesn't know what's going on. He was extremely professional wasn't he? I said actually my mother can't hear so you have to talk into her ear ,she's extremely congested, he said I did and she still has no idea what I'm saying. Then I had a wonderful nurse fight with me that they can't give my mother a shower because of the contamination. I explained that's what the janitorial staff is for is to clean the shower after the germs are there. Her answer was I already told your thinner sister this today. I said excuse me, she said yes that you're thinner sister I spoke to. Physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and the social workers were extremely nice and helpful and pleasant to my mother and us. I would say I met one nice nurse or aide maybe two of them otherwise the nursing staff as far as I'm concerned they should all be fired and start over. They stare at you when you walk by the nurses station not a smile in the air, I never saw such bad attitudes. Not even a fake smile.Please don't take your loved one there ,if you do plan on being there most of the day to take care of them. I was told whether you have covid or not this is how they treat people and there was plenty of nurses and AIDES ,to me being a nurse of 47 years they looked overstaffed to me and I'm telling you two of them smiled, that's it. I would definitely think twice before you even attempt to go there.

Our mom was admitted to Yardley Rehab on Monday July 8, 2024 unable to walk on her own, and she left Yardley Rehab on August 15th still unable to walk on her own. In addition, she was suffering from discomfort of a severe wound on her left foot heel, as well as bed sores on her backside.

She left Yardley rehab worse than when she came in, and to make matters worse, our mom was totally misrepresented to the insurance company when we appealed for a longer stay for rehab under the insurance. A letter from the insurance review medical director states their conclusions, which did not describe the true condition of mom's health or abilities at the time of termination.

In addition, our family persisted to get health condition information about our mom several times, in person, by phone, and text messaging. It was not until the week of her discharge termination, when they wanted decisions from us about moving her to a different insurance coverage, that we refused to communicate any decision until they communicated details about her health conditions to us.

We were totally undermined in carrying out decisions for effective treatment while our mother was declining in the rehab bed. In retrospect, based on the insurance review summary letter, we have reflected and considered how this could be grounds for legal review and institutional malpractice. The insurance appeal review summary states conditions about my mother that were totally distorted from our mother's true condition at the time of appeal review, conditions that were based on reports from Yardley to the insurance.
We had no choice but to move her to a facility where she had better care.

Our Mum has been here for a few weeks now and the improvements and progress we have seen from when our Mum first entered this facility, has been a remarkable improvement! This is all to the amazing staff! To Administration, Social workers, Therapists, Doctors, Nurses, Nurses Aides and Chefs and Kitchen staff, all go above and beyond! Our family can not thank everyone here enough at Yardley Rehab!

Lindsay Grapes makes a fantastic breakfast most Thursdays at Yardley Rehab for any resident who cares to venture to the main dining room. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food cooked to my specifications, eggs over easy and lightly toasted rye yum. Plus she has a real down to earth personality; kind and willing to accommodate your menu to your likings.
