Stars 145 community drive is an amazing place with highly effective and knowledgeable therapists! Nicki is absolutely wonderful, supportive, intuitive and takented -and she will work with everyone’s unique needs in a positive way! I highly recommend them! Payal has been awesome and very helpful!

I've been coming to Stars Great Neck since November when I had multi ligament reconstruction surgery on my right knee. From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment they've made me feel very comfortable. Chris , my therapist is absolutely amazing and so is the rest of the Staff. They are encouraging, patient, and supportive. I couldn't ask for anything more. Although There are several other locations between my home and Great Neck, I will always come back here.

I have come to STARS Great Neck for 2 different issues, first in 2023 after a fall when I hurt my sciatic/lower back and in 2024 after pulmonary surgery. Both times my treatment has been excellent. I feel like the therapists and the assistants really want to take good care of the patient. They are caring and attentive. I have enjoyed my pt sessions and thank mainly Nikki and Payal for their care and professionalism. I definitely recommend the Great Neck location!

I took my son (age 2 months) to STARS for Torticollis which was affecting the shape of his head. We were partnered with Andréa Strassman (PT, DPT, Pediatric Physical Therapist). Andrea was wonderful. I was worried my son would need a helmet but with her therapy, guidance and instruction of what to do at home we were able to avoid a helmet altogether and see our son’s head align back to a normal shape. Andrea is kind, smart, knowledgeable on infant development and physical therapy and was wonderful with my baby. My son really liked her and enjoyed his sessions with her. Andrea always made sure that my baby was never in any discomfort and only pushed his physical therapy to what he could withstand. We just finished sessions. He is 8 months now and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrea to family and friends or anyone who needs a pediatric physical therapist. She’s simply the best. Thank you Andrea for taking such good care and successfully treating his torticollis.

Great experience at STARS Rehab. Worked closely with Chris L. for my sessions, who, alongside Lynn and the rest of the team, was fantastic. I loved his creativity in coming up with engaging and challenging exercises based on my goals. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly understanding of my schedule, even when I ran late. The care I received was excellent, and I left equipped with the knowledge and exercises to continue to progress at home. Highly recommend!

Payal Patel Is the best Therapist in this facility. She helped me not only recover physically from an ACL, MCL and meniscus injury but mentally as well. When honestly thought I couldn’t do something she would give me a small speech of encouragement. So if you decide to come to stars 145 you should pray that you get Payal cause she will have your back. God bless any one who reads this.

Could not recommend anyone higher! Hurmyn, Tom, Chris, and the entire PT staff are the most amazing, caring, supportive and charismatic people I could ever ask to work with. You must go to them!!!
