The staff at Autumn Lake Salem were wonderful during my mother’s stay. She was there for rehab after a serious infection. She is 92. I swear by the end of her stay she was looking and acting 10 years younger. The staff was great! The PT OT are great! The nurses were great. Thank you Michelle for talking me through this difficult time. I felt that all my concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Thank you again staff of Autumn Lake Salem.

An outstanding facility with compassionate staff who makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. I was very pleased with the overall care the staff displayed while attending to my love one. They included us on her treatment plan and progress throughout her stay. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who's looking for their love ones or self to be treated with dignity, care and compassion while away from home. One of your staff members is phenomenal. I can't say enough about Kathy Parsons. She is a woman of great character and excellence. She has a heart for her job at Autumn Lakes as well as a genuine care and concern for the residents there. This rehab has an amazing staff and management. The director interacts with the staff and management team which makes the environment incomparable to other facilities. The atmosphere us very warm, caring, and personal to the patients as well as the guests!! I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of great care!

I've been a patient at Autumn Lake Healthcare for about 3 months. I had a surgical womb that was amazing hugh and infected coming from the hospital. The womb care is what saved me ,her name is Meia. She worked very hard to get the incision back in control I don't know where I would be if she hadn't come into my life at that time. My womb is almost closed and I am almost ready to go home. I wanted to write this review since she deserves this recognition. Thank you Meia for taking good care of me and I now have an amazing friend

So trustworthy you get an immediate sense of comfort there.
Everyone at the facility was super friendly environment is very clean the staff is welcoming and caring! Honestly nothing more you can ask for when leaving your love ones in the care of someone else.
