I had an amazing experience at this rehab facility. Mitch is a fantastic physical therapist who quickly diagnosed my issue and developed an effective treatment plan. I highly recommend his services.

The facility is nice, and everyone is pleasant there, for the most part.
The problem lies with the fact there is little to no manipulation, in which I needed. Very disappointed.

I blame the the site overseeing physician, Dr. Plastarus, for not looking into my prescription and my needs. Also the PT should have known better as well. I do not recommend Moss, as you can go elsewhere and use their gym.

I went there in 2013 for Physical Therapy. Overall i liked working with my Therapist. However, now 2 years later I am getting bills for treatment in 2013 (that i already paid for). I had multiple appointments and make my payments by CC for all except 2 in cash. Of course now 2 years later, they have no record of my cash payments. In 2013 after my last appointment, I had called to make sure that all my invoices were paid for, and was insured that they were. Now since September I am dealing with the billing department going back and forth trying to explain the situation. My last conversation on the phone with the billing supervisor ended with her saying she will look into this. Now I received a letter from a collections agency. So frustrating! I would think that a facility like Moss Rehab would have their act together but i guess I'm wrong.

I’m so sad Vince ‍♂️ Verno left he was the best in the class of physical therapy trainers. I’m sure there’s gonna be somebody else just as good…6.22 There is somebody better her name is Audrey and she rocks the world for fixing broken things and Bruce thanks and hurt things
