Do not send your LOVED ones here. This place has disappointed my family and I from the very beginning. Very out dated, not very clean, and they over promise and underdeliver. My father-in-law was here in the dementia ward and was not well taken care of. He was over medicated and under-cared for.

This is a warm, friendly and family-oriented facility. Staffs are approachable and cares for the residents. Everyone takes their responsibility seriously with the resident's best interest at heart.

I want to say that the nurses here we're great, Oneika, everyone from recreation that's under Regina, especially Christian, Wotteline, and Whitlyn, and second floor nurse, Ullesses, and Erick from admission, ivory and will fill kitchen, olive from nurse Lateefah and Natasha, and all the sides

Photos aren’t accurate; furniture is deteriorated, durable equipment are in bad shape. The place is clean, personnel need more customer service training, not all, but many. Phone operators at info desk are very polite and helpful. My appreciation to them.

My mom has been in this facility for a couple of months. Since day one the Director has been very compassionate, caring. He helps with with whatever we need. If I notice anything that needs attention, they work on it right away. The nursing staff and medical assistance are always doing their rounds and checking up on the patients. I usually visit during the evening and the main nurse has always been welcoming, observant and vigilant of her patients. I can ask the nurse for help and he is always ready to serve with a good heart. He is very patient and caring.
I have visited many nursing homes before, yes there are beautiful facilities, and that is all wonderful, however, the most important thing to look for is the well care of your loved ones. Well done Canterbury.

The doctors, nurses, and amazing staff took good care of my 94 year old father who was recovering from a pneumonia. They were able to get him back to his previous ambulatory state which allowed him to go back to his previous assisted living facility. I am forever grateful for the team at Canterbury Care & Rehabilitation.

The care from Canterbury was positive and supportive. Our case manager Swaray went above and beyond to ensure our mother was safe and cared for and we are forever grateful for their help as our mom recovered from surgery. I would say responsiveness from the staff was a challenge at times but overall a positive experience.
